I have been engaged with Jamie over the past 8 months with regards to a loft conversion in the Borough of Richmond. Jamie was superb throughout - offering up countless calls and intros across the business. Of particular use was a call with Jack from the planning team. I would highly recommend Resi, they are prepared to think outside the box, guide you through challenging designs and local planning regulations and most importantly they are very personable.

Resi helped and guided us through what turned out to be a fairly simple planning and design process and helped us gain the Council planning permission we needed successfully. Highly recommend this group for your next extention.

I was slightly skeptical about the 'online' approach but I have been extremely impressed by our interactions with the team, their efficiency, amazing local knowledge and thrilled with the positive outcome. I would thoroughly recommend them and they are a far more cost effective solution than the alternatives.

Our architect, Pedro was a great communicator. We had limited house footprint to play with and we wanted a lot! Pedro's greatest asset beyond his imagination and technical expertise was that he listened to our wishes and our ideas taking them on, both creative and practical. We were losing garage storage space in the re-build, but Pedro has found room to replace quite a bit of that. We are now in the house and are daily pleased with the quality space that has been created; friends, family and importantly, neighbours, are very impressed with what has been achieved. And our builder was also very impressed with how Pedro used the space available. We have gone from having the worst house in the street to one of the best!

We wanted the build to be as eco-friendly as possible and include heat pump, solar panels and battery. RESI worked with us on this. Ben in particular was very helpful sounding board, and his detailed building regs drawings were very helpful in getting our 1970s house as efficient as possible.

RESI were a great in helping us find a builder. There was no pressure to select one of those builders and the advice we got was impressive. The builder we used actually was a RESI builder and we were not disappointed. The contract support we had from Sam – his thorough assessment of quotes, attention to detail and then ensuring the contract was fit for purpose was incredibly helpful.

We project managed our build with the timely assistance of Ben in helping us make our decisions, guiding our responses to the builder's questions. His technical knowledge and ability to communicate that in plain English was invaluable. This post design support was incredibly impressive; I really don't think we could have done it without that help.

The planning team, and Catherine in particular, were also very helpful - we had one or two issues with our local Planners but their knowledge of the system and how to speak to the planners was very helpful indeed.
Louice also has been with us for most of the project, supporting and coordinating and keeping us informed which has been very helpful.

You can probably guess that we would have no problem in recommending RESI.

RESI have taken a lot of time and trouble to create a customer journey that removes the stress and offers really good advice at key points in the process. Everyone in the team are super helpful and have great experience. Our designer listened to our requirements and made amendments to maximise the use of our space. Jack Brigden who was helping us when we got to building control and builder quote stage was very helpful and gave great advice. Its not a cheap process to extend your house these days but I would recommend this team 100%

We have been so grateful to everyone at Resi. Our build was not meant to be a complicated one but their advice with regards to planning applications, building regulations and professional recommendations has been invaluable!

They are very friendly and very professional. Everything is in one place for house extension projects. I cannot recommend them more. Don't waste time and money with cowboys and do it properly.

Update: After initial calls and lots of time spending, in the middle of the project they decided that our project is high risk. So they recommended smallest concept which was nowhere near what we wanted. Also they were asking extra money and new quotation if application is refused... Highly disappointed and very unprofessional. Without trying, how would we know if it's refused or not? But Resi doesn't have enough expertise in our borough, they introduced new rules in midway... Absolutely ridiculous and very poor trading. We were happy at the beginning and they seemed very professional and we trusted them but our trust is broken deeply.. until they declared that our project is high risk, they have already taken £2098.. I would definitely avoid them. Planning to way out and separate our ways with Resi as clearly their business style is not working for us. They are very money orientated, not customer support or advise. More like an information provider. After long emails we couldn't reach any agreement, they didn't understand and still rejecting the idea and still asking for a money... Very poor and unprofessional ethic of business..

I’m currently in the planning stage of my extension project, and the process so far has been clear, professional, and well organised.

Communication has been excellent, and the dashboard makes it easy to track progress and understand next steps. As a first-time homeowner undertaking an extension, I’ve really valued the structured guidance and expert support.

We had a great experience working with this architect on our home design. The design process was smooth, thoughtful, and well managed from start to finish. What really stood out was their expertise in securing the necessary permissions, especially given how challenging and complex the approval process was. They handled everything professionally and efficiently, which saved us a lot of time and stress. We’re very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable architect.

We wanted a single storey side extension, but had no idea where to start. I came across Resi and having had an initial sales call with them, then a follow-up call to answer all my questions, we decided to go ahead.
They assigned an Account Manager, Em, who has been fantastic the whole way, regularly keeping in touch via phone and message.
Their designer, Carleton, worked with us to create our project, maximising the space available for the build whilst keeping within local council regulations, and submitted our planning application for us.
Jack organised a number of builders to quote on our project, and at this stage we are yet to go ahead having only just received our approval on our planning application. But the early signs are good, the construction company have already been round, we have been in regular contact and we are excited to proceed with the work.

I thoroughly recommend using Resi for any construction project and I would happily use them again in the future.

Lots of resources. Help you through it step by step. Clarity about the different stages and costs. Saves a lot of time doing research and reading. We are at the stage of having just received planning permission and waiting for building regulation drawings - so not completely done yet but well on our way. The team have been very responsive to messages and questions. The online platform has suited us - you can look at things when you are able. Agus, Em and Jack have all been good to work with. I appreciated Em’s prompts to get me to do things ready for the next stage.

Resi has been incredibly helpful, this is our first time taking on a project like this and they have been great at taking time to answer all my questions, as well as get the designs just right. It really helped that we could go back and forth as many times as needed until we were confident we had got there.

It was our first time and we were a bit nervous about capturing all the steps correctly and navigating the process. Resi’s app and dashboard at super intuitive and give you the foresight you need into the next steps. This helps build your confidence in the process and enable you to plan accordingly. The interaction between the different teams from design team, to planning team to contractor connect team is seamless, keeping all communication within the same message thread on the platform. This also helps to bring consistency and continuity in this process, involving so many different teams (and running the risk of losing important parts of the communication).

A particular thanks to Em and Jack our designer who have also been very supportive when our first attempt resulted in a rejection. Instead of dwelling on this, they quickly identified the problem and provided us with solutions (which included modifying the drawings free of charge), once again navigating what can be a daunting experience for newbies like us.

This is my second time using Resi and both experiences have been great!

With my current project, I’ve just completed the first stage of the design process. Nick and his team have been outstanding. They delivered bespoke, carefully considered designs with real technical precision, and the 3D visuals are brilliant! They're creative, detailed, and have genuinely brought the project to life.

My plans have now been submitted, and Nick will be supporting me through the planning process. His clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail has made everything feel smooth and well-managed, and I’m optimistic about the outcome.
