Ordered a king bed frame to go with the…

Ordered a king bed frame to go with the new Nectar Mattress. Bed frame came without a leg and missing screws. Took almost 45 min on phone to get parts. They could not send parts instead they sent us a whole new bed frame to get a few parts out of it. Delivery 6 days but now with out a bed…. Now we have to dispose of this second bed which is going to cost us! I will need to hire someone to pick it up at my cost. What a nightmare ! Beware doing business with this company!!!!!

Do not buy from them!!!!! Possible scam

Went several weeks with no contact and just the website stating my ship date changing each time one deadline was exceeded. They will send no actual tracking but when called they insist it was totally shipped, trust me. I ask to cancel and they say it was shipped so, no. They can’t tell me real shipping info as apparently it’s proprietary? Is the shipment lost? Then when I for the third time insist on an email stating I want to cancel. I get the email and the delivery company is now saying they have the bed, still no tracking. Again trust me bro. It can’t be delivered till next week. All of these companies are in my home state. I was verbally told this. Then the fake email from 2 weeks ago said it’s coming from WI? They refuse to admit they are back ordered or lost a shipment. Note the website when buying says ships in a few days. Do not deal with this company!!

Less than stellar

I ordered a nectar mattress off Samsclub.com. Well little did I know this “gem” of a company would be fulfilling this order. My initial order said it would arrive est. on August 6th. That day came and went. I called Sam’s club the day prior as I had no shipping info. They thought it would ship on the 6th because they called resident home. Never happened. Didn’t ship on the 7th either. Nor the 8th. Sam’s told the company to contact me as they were even irritated about it. Resident home said the mattress is “out of stock” that’s why they never shipped it. However their link for nectar takes you right to nectars site. And the mattress isn’t out of stock there. Something isn’t right.

Some emails back and forth and this company has the gull to tell me they don’t owe me an explanation as I didn’t buy it from them. Excuse me? You sell for Sam’s club. That I’m a member of. You do owe me an explanation.

I will always double check in the future to not purchase from these people. Not nice to work with or anything. Supposedly my mattress is shipping out on Monday. A week since I ordered. Guess I’ll see come Monday.

I lost the remote

I lost the remote. Company cannot sell me a new one without the serial number on the frame. We found four different serial numbers but none of them were the correct one. Resident does not keep a record of the serial number of the frame they sold me. So I am out of luck.

Dont waste your time or money

Requested my refund as my mattress was defective and thier replacement was hard as a rock and they picked up the mattress. But its been almost 2 weeks with no refund pick up date was on Feb 22nd 2025 today is 3/6/2025. called their support number and you cant stay on hold for an agent it keeps disconnecting the call. This has been a HORRIBLE experience dont waste your money

I'm surprised at the negative reviews

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. That is not the experience I recently received when my adjustable bed malfunctioned. Rosemarie in customer service was extremely helpful and stayed with me until we reached a resolution. It was nice not being passed around to a different rep every time you contacted the company. Kudos Resident! And thank you Rosemarie.
