Customer service is poor and unresponsive. Ordered the advanced program training pack and workout program. Shipping was delayed but they never contacted me to tell me. When I contacted them to ask for a refund I got a call from Mike (owner) who offered me an extra band as an apology. Fair enough, but after being assured the bands would be sent out that day they weren’t actually sent out for another couple of days. Also, while they sent the extra band they didn’t include the workout program which I originally ordered. Sent them a couple of emails over a week to tell them this but never heard back from them.
So my order was late and wrong and customer service seems completely disinterested. Would not recommend. Gave them a two because the bands that did arrive seem OK in quality othwise would have given a one. Pretty disappointing experience

My name is William Zhang and I am 11 years old. My Dad was in a car accident and was badly injured. My Mum and I thought it would be nice to get him some bands for him to help with physio, however it has been over week since we purchased them and by reading previous reviews this is not an isolated case. My mum does not get paid until the end of the month so we cannot afford to get resistance bands anywhere else.

The bands are great quality. The knowledge of the products when I called was good.

High quality, surprising amount of resistance compared others I have used.
Then there's the bonus of it being easy to store and usable anywhere, anytime.

Bought the mini band set to use in my workouts as an alternative to Dumbbells and was sceptical they would do much at first but man was I sore the day after my first workout with them. It's great having the 3 different levels of resistance. They're also great for keeping on top of exercise while travelling as they're so compact and light you can pack and take them anywhere with you. They were delivered quickly too. Very happy with purchase.

The company was very easy to buy from, gave alot of information on the site about the products, and they came quickly. The bands work very well, just think that the circle bands could be the slightest bit bigger and then i would be able to utilise them in alot more workouts. Overall good experience

I bought a $145 set of bands on 14 June, I have been charged but have nothing to prove the order, not even an email. Messages to 1300 number are not returned.
I would like my money returned as I have bought another set from a different company.

On 12th May 2017 I ordered 3 resistance bands from Resistance Bands Australia as they stated that delivery would be in 9 - 14 days. On 25th May 2017 I received an email saying that my order had just been dispatched. I sent an email to them asking for an explanation for the delay in dispatching my order and got no response. The product is very good but the company has let it self down with poor delivery times and poor customer service.

Am very pleased with my purchase of resistance band set,
It greatly complements my weight training , and enables me to adjust my training requirements during a rehab of shoulder problems.
I am able to keep up my strength without causing strain, and the benefits are just as ,if not better with muscle definition !

I ordered a medium strength resistance band on 7th of May. When more than a week had passed and I hadn't heard anything, I tried to call the 1300 number and after getting no response tried the webchat. The person I spoke to said someone would get back to me. Nothing happened! After 20 days I got a shipping notification and finally when I received the item, to my extreme dismay found that it wasn't what i had ordered! I tried to call, use the webchat and mail Mike (the owner). He replied twice to say someone would look into it and arrange for a replacement but again nothing happened! The customer service is pathetic, you can't ever talk to anyone. The 1300 number is just there for show! I'm yet to receive a replacement or a refund! I am however getting multiple reminders to write a review for them and finally I thought I really should write so that other customers think twice before they order from this brand unless they are willing to accept such unacceptable customer service!

Even after promising to refund my money or issue the correct product on 13th June, I've still not heard back from this brand! I'm surprised that with this level of false promises they are still allowed to trade! I'm so frustrated with their customer care and inability to keep a single word!

Excellent quality bands and great service too

Have been looking everywhere for small bands to use for swimming for ages. Probably not designed for use in the pool but are perfect for my requirements.

did not receive my products and was charged $49.95. Can not get an answer to phone calls or emails....stay away from this company...RIP OFF...

The product (resistance bands) arrived in a timely manner. They were the same as what was pictured on the website. They arrived with guidelines for use and some recommended exercises. Pleased with the purchase.

Fantastic service. I had a few different requests when ordering the resistance bands. I ordered them for my son recovering from shoulder surgery and it has helped him tremendously. I would recommend these products and the company service.

Love the bands - perfect to take on holidays so I can keep my regime going!

I have been a serious athlete and weightlifter for years but needed an alternative having had a heart attack at the gym lifting weights!! So I turned to these guys and it has given me something to do at home that is gentle but at the same time gives a great work out and keeps the muscle. Mike went out of his way to help customise a few things I needed given I am advanced. What has surprised me is the quality of the products. Super tough. Even my dog could not get through them.

Great equipment, great idea. Easy way to stretch and build strength which is what I needed. After having both hips resurfaced having trained in Taekwondo for over 30 years, Bands from RBA formed part of my recovery and general fitness regime. Great low cost way to workout and maintain my core!

Great products, would buy more however delivery time is very long. Took around 3 weeks to be sent. Will email you advising your order is shipped and came within a few days.

If you're willing to wait then yes would recommend product quality is great
