Not the best, I bought bands and never received them. It's been a month. Ended up going with another brand stayfitindoors.ca. I actually got my order and didn't just pay someone for nothing

I would not even give this company rip off any stars, purchased a product on 20 the August nothing, tried email nothing phone disconnected how can the law allow this person to still operate. I have fair trading investigating and my bank.

Do not use this company. Ordered on June 20 and still no delivery . Have tried daily to call , always disconnected. Emails on their website don’t even go through. Emails back to the original order/ invoice email not replied.They did however however have no problems taking my money straight away.
On the company’s websites reviews, they all seem glowing but funnily enough there is no way to actually leave a review . Absolute scam. Will definitely be taking this further.

Not really one star.. I’m going straight to consumer affairs and requesting a charge back from the bank.. as I know now after reading or the previous reviews my goods will never arrive. Would be great if this website could be shut down

Order placed on June 13th. Been waiting for a month now. Same story as most of the reviews here. Can't get in touch, they won't reply.

Great customers service and it seems like they have sorted out any issues with website and order delivery time! Thanks again and highly recommend purchasing your resistance bands through these guys.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When product eventually arrived after my several unsuccessful attempts at contacting the company product arrived far too late and was unsuitable. Returned couple of days later and still waiting for refund despite numerous phone messages and emails. No one ever answers the phone or calls you back. I am about to contact Fair Trading Department. My advice is do not purchase from this company.

If I could rate them a zero I would. Completely unacceptable. Ordered on the 15th of February. Never received my order although they were quick enough to take my money. Tried emailing, phoning, messaging to the chat on the page, emailing on the page itself, finally got a response on their fb page saying they would get back to me when I pmed it. That over a week ago but I've had no response since. I need my bands to do my physical therapy and don't have any more money to order from somewhere else as I had to save up for months for my order. It's really obvious that they know they have issues with their website, phones and emails but have not bothered to provide an alternative method of contact. Completely feed up at this moment in time.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I gave RBA my money.I have heard nothing either, so many emails, all returned of course, online live chat no one responds, even emailed through Paypal and no reply there either so I have asked Paypal to review this and refund if this purchase cannot be resolved. Customer Service at it's absolute worst. Did anyone who wrote here ever receive their goods? David

No responses to my contact attempts.
No communication received.
Only the 129.99 deducted from my account.

Barbara Camilleri order no 2927 ordered 05/02/2019 still no delivery yet no phone calls or emails,Emails to them don’t even send just bounce back I think we all contact ACCC how can a company get away with this.

order 2935 08/02/19. Not received by 28/02/19. Company does not respond to phone calls or emails. First time I will be lodging a consumer complaint. Lesson learnt, check reviews of a company before you order.

Unable to contact RBA on email, phone or the web message service, chasing up delivery given 2 weeks....took $ immediately, unacceptable performance & it seems stinky to me...

I ordered a pack on the 27th of January and still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried calling and email but the email is rejected. Would appreciate if someone from rba would get back to me please.

Ordered over 4 weeks ago, nothing received. Money taken straight away of course. Multiple call and emails (yes I did leave my name, contact number and order number) no reply whatsoever. Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Will definitely be making a complaint to the appropriate bodies.

RBA has not delivered my order either, have been waiting for 1 month. I have had $135 debited from my account and am unable to contact the company. Not good enough. Please honour your commitments to the consumer! Next steps: ACCC

Order #2950 - I received initial confirmation email immediately but nothing to follow. I tried to contact via email which bounced back and have called repeatedly only for the number to ring out and go to answer phone. Holding onto hope due to previous reviews. Ordered from RBA due to what looks like great deals on great product with quick turnaround. Hoping if RBA read this they can get in contact and update me on my order!

I ordered the Advanced Pro Loop Full Body Functional Training Package 4.0 16 January 2019, received confirmation and payment processed. I am yet to receive the delivery. Have left multiple phone messages, emails and messages via webpage - nil response. I would appreciate contact to provide update on where these items are?
