Resistance Bands Australia 

Update: It has been over 3 weeks now and I've heard nothing. I've raised a dispute through PayPal at the end of last week and still heard nothing. I would give up on this seller, the lack of contact is dismal and the email doesn't even work. Wasted my time and money.

Order #2924 I tried replying to the email as instructed and the email bounced and wouldn't send. So not sure if these guys are legitimate? If I don't hear anything in a week I'll request a refund through PayPal's dispute process. I'd really like to get their resistance bands because they look great...just not sure if they'll ever show up :(

Placed an order (#2929), have not yet received order even though the advertised timeframe has passed. Sent an email, which got bounced back as undeliverable. Very poor service, would not recommend.

Placed my order on the 9th of Jan, still haven't received my order, reply email doesn't work, sent emails to other email address with no reply, tried calling...again...no reply.
Pretty poor, I too may have to contact the ACCC.

Placed an order on the 21st of January and have not received the goods. Cannot get a hold of them via phone or email, so I'm not sure if this is a scam website? Looked up the ABN which is registered to Mefit Personal Training. I rang the phone number and it just rang out. I guess the next step will be to contact ACCC.

Update: It's now the 22nd of Feb and still no reply to emails or phone calls. I have contacted both the ACCC and my bank, so we'll see what happens!

I have the same issues as many here. Still haven't received my order, won't return calls, won't reply to emails. Seriously pi##ed. Can't rate 1 star as I haven't received any communication to able to judge "unreasonable and rude conduct".

It appears the glitches don't effect payment received from the company.

As with previous reviews unable to contact company - phone not answered and no response to messages left. No response to emails - in fact emails are rejected. No response to messages left on website. Really poor service when bands are urgently needed to take away on extended holiday.

So some bands arrived 23 days after the order was placed. By itself OK provided they advised later delivery date.

BUT it was the wrong order, nothing like what was ordered. I have returned the goods received, together with a copy of the original invoice which depicts the goods correctly ordered, for a full refund,. You cannot contact them to discuss and I cannot wait another 23 days.

I have phoned and emailed RBA multiple times with no response and no one answering the phone except for a recorded message that says they will get back to you! This is now over 3 weeks with no response and no delivery. I would be understanding if someone from the company contacted me to let me know what is happening with the product I purchased.

I have just read Ian’s updated review which is promising. I hope this communication matter gets sorted out soon. It’s bad for business.

RBA did contact me and like others explained the system glitches etc, my order has now arrived so all is good.

No goods, no communication except the original sales email. Emails to their info address just bouncing. I'm hoping the company hasn't folded and I've lost my money.

Mark (from RBA) contacted me and explained the delay was due to system issues and was sounded sincere. He apologized and also gave me a free upgrade of the system I got and immediately organized the delivery with the delivery information within 24 hours.

It seems the issue has affected their phone, email and ordering system. The lack of communication seems to be due to the system error rather than the service of the company. This is also evident as reviews were fantastic prior to a few months ago.

If you are experiencing delays with your order and can't get through, might be worth while using trustpilot to communicate for the time being. I will order from them again in the future.

Order #2844

Called and emailed multiple times with no response and no one responding to the calls. This is now day 18 with no response and no delivery. I would be fine with a delay as these things do happen in the business but the lack of communication is frustrating. I Bought the product from them as I wanted to support a local company but it seems I should have just trusted the previous reviews of this company.

So im thinking the 2-9 days of delivery they may have missed a zero in the end of that? Maybe - just maybe it should read 20-90 days delivery! Phone is on Message bank - Email replies non-existent! Someone - ANYONE from the company please get in contact with me to ensure me of some hope of seeing what 'others' here say 'great product'.!!!

I wasn't sure how to communicate after Resistance Bands Australia's system had crashed, a day after posting on here, a gent by the name of Mark followed up and the ends he was willing to go to to ensure satisfaction was outstanding. The sincerity in his voice and efforts is what makes a business stand out.

I placed an order on the 21st of November and received the confirmation email. I have since not received the order, tried emailing multiple times & the emails continue to bounce back. Will be spreading the word to ensure no one else is ripped off.

Great shopping experience with resistance bands australia. The shipping was within the set out time and I'm loving getting fit with my new workout system. thanks again and highly recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased some bands from Resistance bands Australia in early December and the two week period came and still no bands, I was contacted not long after and it was explained there had been some issues and my products would turn up in 5 days, which they did and products are great and the follow up call from the staff was greatly appreciated, so from being a little disappointed to more than happy with the final outcome, in the end it has all worked out very well.
i would purchase from these guys again no problems.

Useless company, get an automatic email after purchasing and it says reply if you have any issues, I replied and it was returned undelivered, tried to live chat no one is ever online, I have called over 20times no one every answers and calls back..

Ordered set of bands on the 22 November. Have not received my order.
Have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but to no avail.
They however they have had no problem taking my money.
Will be taking this further.
