The quality of the keyboard is quite high. The switches feel immaculate to type on, and the key caps have been well put together. What I find best of all is their amazing service when helping me design my custom keyboard; they were compassionate and patient with me even with my indecisiveness to choose on a design, and every minor change I asked for was fulfilled. Would definitely recommend their store if your looking to buy a keyboard.
Keyboard arrived promptly and in amazing condition. The build was quality and looks amazing. I’ve used it for a few hours and it was easy to set up and satisfying to use. Resonics built this to order so it took a couple weeks to ship, but once it went out and I paid my customs fees, it arrived incredibly fast! I’ve already recommended this to a few friends.
The makima keys look and feel great on my keyboard, fits and looks perfect.
Trevis is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Quick installation and professional.
Great experience and friendly service from Trevis! 🎉 Thank you!
Quality of the keyboard is excellent! Looks as advertised and loving it so far!
Very amazing and detailed product. Hooked us up with a mini keyboard cleaner too!
The beyond excellent customer service. I felt like I was talking to someone I know rather than a stranger. No rush, no fuss. Helped plan out all the details. Answered all questions. Top notch service. The second greatest thing is this final product put together and just mind blown how good it looks. Well worth the money. These guys or gals set out to do a job and they fulfilled it 100%.
OMG. When I received my keyboard and first used it. I fell in love with the cute design and the sound of the clicks of the key caps on my keyboard. I would most likely recommend this to my friends and family. :)
I ordered a custom Cobra Kai keyboard. They helped me through the process, showed me the process, and accommodated my changes perfectly. I even get a free care kit! I look forward to ordering another soon. It’s the best keyboard I’ve played with and it sounds soooo smooth.😮💨
I ordered a custom keyboard through Resonic and couldn't be happier. The design is on point, and the typing feel and sound are fantastic. The level of customization available is a huge plus.
I ran into some trouble getting VIA set up to configure my macros and lighting, and their team was incredibly helpful and patient walking me through it until everything worked the way I wanted.
From start to finish, the experience has been great, and for a fully custom-designed keyboard, the price was a great value. Highly recommend.
I am so in love with my GMK104! It's delightful: the look, feel and sound. The thonk is so nice, it scratches my brain. The Mofusand cat print is beautiful and clear. The texture of the keys feel good under my fingers. The RGB lights are nice and I like the control of the saturation. Volume knob works perfect, screen is clear too. The keyboard was also packaged with a lot of care, including spare switches and a removal tool. There was also a lil cleaning kit! I am so beyond happy. This was defiantly worth the splurge!!
Great experience, the final product was great, look forward to working with them again.
fun experience and friendly staff! enjoyed very much
Nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Enjoyed assembly of parts and options as well.
