Geoff has been amazing for booking our holiday to Magic RobinHood in Benidorm. I had only started looking for a holiday about 2 weeks ago (to go in August) and couldn’t find what I wanted at a decent price. We needed accommodation that wasn’t a hotel room because of my 2 kids not liking how the other one breathes 😂 so this was essential. Anywhere/anyone else I asked all came to a dead in and that this wasn’t an option unless it was mad prices with 2 hotel rooms. But Geoff tried and tired until he got us not only a 2 bedroom lodge in MagicRobim Hood but also a jacuzzi on the decking and a Balinese sun bed which I’ll be deffo sleeping on!
He was upto all hours of the night helping with everything I could of possibly needed and answered instantly. I was having trouble with credit card payment, on and off the phone with the bank and I started to think I wasn’t going to be able to go.
But Geoff assured me that we will be there!
There aren’t many travel agents who will be bothered to go back and fourth as much as he did to get it sorted. If I had of booked anywhere else then I wouldn’t be going on this holiday. We even got a private transfer from the airport to hotel which means we won’t be stuck on a bus forever while everyone gets on and off at their hotels. As I am someone who has had brain damage and gets confused easily with a lot of information, Geoff is exactly what I needed to make sure everything went the way I wanted it. Other agents spoke with me after, that I had previously been in touch with and said I could have matched that price (they didn’t get that price before so I don’t think they could have), but the fact that Geoff was so invested in us getting what WE NEEDED and that when we are on holiday he will be there to help and we won’t be left clueless if anything was to go wrong was a massive plus.
We literally have our personal agent to sort out everything so that we can relax with the kids and not have any anxieties over anything!

Wonderful Geoff Gartland resort expertie was surpassed during my time in Benidorm!
Firstly, his assistance after breaking my foot was second to none!
As a solo traveller I was stuck & without his guidance & help I wouldn't have managed.
Secondly, I also suffered a mini stroke and ended up in a Spanish hospital bed for 17 days!!
Geoff took it upon himself to contact my insurance company and take that worry away from me.
He also visited me in hospital and brought in my lifesaver as an inpatient....Fanta Lemon!!
A genuine man who is eager to make sure you have a fantastic holiday whatever eventuality may happen on your trip!!

Geoff organised a boat trip for a stag do, was so helpful and quick at responding, trip was great, would definitely recommend

Can’t recommend Geoff enough as he did arrange a hotel sent us pictures and did it all for us, had a fantastic 5 days in may weather was nice too , keep up the good work my friend and will be in touch for our next one . Oh see you in July for that pint

I can not recommend Geoff enough I’m a single lady traveling with my children and after messaging Geoff from a video I saw he has talked me through everything from start to finish.
He recommended hotels that would suit my needs and my children he also gave me list of places I could visit with my daughter child friendly.
The booking was very easy and safe and I’m so over the moon with the service I received from Geoff.
The biggest bonus for me is the fact he told me any problems while there he is in Benidorm himself which is amazing.

geoff gartland approached me after I posted on a benidorm page for hotel recommendations etc to stay at. Geoff was brilliant to deal with, so friendly and knowledgeable about hotels etc. the hotel he chose for us absolutely ticked all the boxes and we had such a lovely holiday. the icing on the cake was he lives in benidorm and he came out to visit us to see how we were doing. as a company geoff made such a good impression on us that we've used their expertise again to go to lapland. can't thank them enough

After weeks of trying to decide where to go for my break away , I had no idea where to stay in Playa Blanca. I was searching on every website trying to decide where would be suitable.
Well I ended up going on Tik Tok scrolling through to take my mind off searching away for a holiday I didn't think was going to end up having. I would just like to take the time to thank our resort expert Geoff Gartland. My wife and I were looking to book a holiday to Benidorm. We had been once before and had a terrible experience so speaking to someone who actually lives there was game changing. Geoff was so knowledgeable and helpful not only did we complete our booking within a couple of hours of speaking on the phone and through WhatsApp but we ended up with a totally different hotel, in a better area than we previously thought about and with flights that we spot on for us. All in all the whole experience was superb from first filling in the enquiry form to paying the deposit. All done super fast excellent communication throughout from Geoff. This really is the way to book holidays using Resort Experts.

What can I say about Geoff, he is such a lovely guy and took the stress out of looking for a holiday for us. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond. He is even checking us in which is more than most travel agents would do for you.
So if you are looking to book a holiday please please use Geoff as I guarantee you will not be disappointed

I cannot recommend this company enough, I've now booked two holidays with Geoff who is based in Benidorm. His knowledge of the area & Hotels is amazing!
On both occasions he gave me several options for my budget along with the pros & cons on each hotel.
He made the whole process totally stress free from booking to my time in resort.
Both holidays have been amazing and i cannot thank him enough.
I will never use anyone else for all my holiday needs.
