Chris Tyler and Joe Smith

Thank you for taking good care of me. The service was outstanding, all my questions were answered and the advice was satisfying. This resume is my new identity scratch from the old one. Chris and Joe described the growth and development process through my career ladder. I submitted my old resume and my job description which detailed a draft of my professionalism. I am pleased with the resume profs services. I will recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality resume and cover letter. They executed their mission. Outstanding services!

What made my experience great with using this companies website is how helpful and amazing work that was provided from beginning to end every step of the way. Chris Tyler was wonderful in his service of communication to answering questions and helping getting a brand new resume started from the scratch and starting over from the ground up to ensure that the writer, Joe Smith, had everything needed to build a professional cover letter and resume. I'm extremely happy with the results and recommend this for those in need of a resume or even just to update a existing resume. Thank you for making this customer happy with the results!

Chris Tyler & Steve took excellent care of me. The service met my deadline for my resume and cover letter that I needed ASAP. Once I sent it to the recruiter, she called me the same day and BOOM...I HAVE THE JOB!!!
I am now using their service for my daughter. I like their process and service. All I did was sent them a rough draft sample of my resume and they did the rest.
As far as I am concerned the cost is well worth it!! If we don't invest in ourselves...no one will!!!

This is one of the best services I had received when it came to having my resume written. The temples provided and the effectiveness of the writer was very outstanding. The company exceeded my expectations. Thank you again.

Very affordable, answered all my questions great looking product. Great experience over all.

My experience so far has been great. The final outcome of my resumes turned out great with some minimal revisions. Steve and Joe have been great. Especially Joe with his patience and attention! I recommend this company with my recent experience. I can't complain with the service since I started the service a few days ago. Hope this review helps!

Joe and Gilbert were amazing!!! I couldn't be happier with the final result! Joe communicated every step of the way and set a clear expectation on how the process was going to happen. I'm in love with my resume now! 😁 thank you guys so much!

I just want to say that resume profs has been amazing, but most of all Chris was the glue!! He texts you back and is the most responsive person!! Chris has all the answers to all the questions and so professional. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs a resume! Thank you Chris 😊

I felt the final product was perfect and everything that I asked.
I’m not sure if mine took longer than others but it was a full 5 days and I had a feeling it would take that long. I was not given any progress though while it was being worked on and I wasn’t exactly happy with that but overall, I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you Resume Profs. This was my very 1st time, and I was extremely uneasy about using a service like this. I was told "don't worry", so I tried not to. Joe Smith did his job, though. It took longer than I'd anticipated, but he answered a couple questions; and corrected a couple errors. Very nice looking resume, however, I'm anxious about submitting. (Fingers crossed)

THESE PEOPLE are amazing. There writers are absolutely fire. Communication was terrific and easy. 5 stars isn't enough!!!!

I am very pleased and happy with the terrific resume and cover letter Steven and Joseph of ResumeProfs created for me. They listened carefully to create and produce the perfect resume for me. And it was exactly what I was hoping for. They exceeded my expectations! They both were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I’m very happy I chose them to develop and create the type of resume and cover letter I was hoping to get! It was an enjoyable and rewarding experience. The final product was exactly what I was hoping for and candidly exceeded my expectations. I very pleased and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality resume and cover letter. They delivered what they promised. Good job!!!

I needed to have my Resume professionally managed and organized within a time constraint. Chris helped me by assisting me with getting this done. My Resume is professional and looks fantastic. I'm confident that I will receive offers within my search for employment. Thank you Chris for your time, help, and support!

Absolute trash. Don't be fooled by their "money back guarantee"-- you'll never get that money back, guaranteed. I hired Resume Profs in July 2020. I worked with Jay Miller. I was extremely disappointed with the first draft, the graphics were awful, the wording was worse. It did not align at all to the positions I was requesting. I requested a second draft, and almost no changes were made. At this time, I said I did not want to continue with the cover letter and wanted a refund. For months, all the way til April 2021, I was given the run around, to their 'finance' manager Gary Brent, and other service reps various Resume Profs employees Alex Wilson, Ethan Gallagher, and Justin Boyle. I was given fake refund confirmation numbers, and told refund was 'pending' to my card. I'm honestly more disappointed in the big waste of time to correspond with them than the service itself. They're a fraudulent, low quality business. I was recently emailed by a Jeff Farrell of their updated services and 'money back guarantee' and it reminded me that, to this day, 2+ years later, I still never got a refund. I'm sure you see some positive reviews here. Maybe they're just starting off, and their first resume, and would be happy with any result. Maybe they're fake reviews. Trust me you're better off elsewhere and not risking your hard earned money here. I don't want people to go through what I went through on this, because I'm sure you'll be disappointed with the results and fraudulent follow up as I was. Don't use them. Go somewhere else and avoid the frustration and disappointment.
UPDATE 2/9/23: On the day I wrote this review, I received a call from a Steve at ResumeProfs. He said that my review would 'hurt' his business, and asked that I take it down, and he would 'try' to get me a refund. I told him I was hurt for months, now years, on end of never receiving a refund and getting fake claims that I would get one, and wasn't falling for it again. I wouldn't be surprised if they make this kind of call to many of their reviews. They replied to my review on 2/14- they have my email information and order number, and detailed email log, and obviously still have my phone number. If they actually wanted to resolve my grievance they know what to do to make this right. Unless you want to go through this kind of thing yourself, do not hire.
UPDATE 12/12/23: Received email from TrustPilot saying that ResumeProfs is requesting my Order # to verify my review. My original Invoice # was RP-15704. Again, nearly 4 years later, no refund was ever received. There is no 'money back guarantee.' Just use an AI Resume site instead- way more effective, and no headaches. Resume Profs is a scam and not trustworthy. They should be shut down.

Resume Pros, but specifically Joe Smith were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. When i inquired about a specific resume, i was given a detailed breakdown of the resume and the process. They left me satisfied and i would definitely refer them to someone looking for a professional resume.
