Resume Profs Avis

I am very impressed and satisfied with the results of my résumé. Both Steve and Jeff have done an amazing job. I recommend anyone who’s looking to have the résumé updated or reevaluated reach out to them. I appreciate everything they done for me I hope they can help you as well

Got my Resume and Cover Letter done in a timely manner. Great customer service.

Great and helpful service! Jeff was very thoughtful and made sure to meet all my expectations. I totally recommend their service.

Fantastic company/service. I had wanted to transition out of a role that I didn't like and was miserable in, to a company that pays me much more and respects my worth. Now my career has started to take off, 10/10 and will be using them again. They are the real deal.

Jeff was a true professional throughout the entire process. He was prompt and ultimately put together a fantastic resume that I’m very happy with the end result.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid in full for a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn. They never updated my LinkedIn. Then 7 months later they fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $999.00. I am not the only one (see recent google reviews)

I contacted Resume Profs to potentially engage their services for 1 month for some employees we were permanently laying off. We wanted the service to be available to them if those choose to use it. Alex Wilson and Gary Brent informed me that I needed to prepay for the resumes/project, and I would then receive a refund of the money for the unused or unstarted projects at the end of the 1 month. We paid $1080.00 to Resume Profs for 6 potential resumes, with the understanding that we would receive a refund of any unused money. We wanted the service to be available to these displaced employees from January 1, 2022 until January 31, 2022. Again, it was agreed that after January 31, 2022 we would receive a refund of any unused money. After January 31, 2022 it was determined that none of our displaced employees engaged Resume Profs no projects were started, so I reached out to Alex Wilson for a full refund of $1080.00. Now, Resume Profs is refusing to provide a refund of any kind.

Resume Profs comes highly recommended. My resume clearly needed to be updated. I'm not a good writer, so I knew I needed help. I wanted my resume and cover letter to stand out. I contacted the first company, but they never returned my phone call or responded to my email. I spoke with Allan at Resume Profs, the next company I contacted. His genuine friendliness and professionalism immediately impressed me. I informed him of my requirements. My federal resume was reformed by Allan. He is very knowledgeable about what should and should not be included on my resume.
He created a well-written resume and cover letter that highlighted my qualifications and experience. I'm pleased with the end result. If you require professional guidance, you should contact this company, Allow the professionals to assist you. The prices are reasonable, and the team will work with you to understand your needs in order to develop a product that you will be pleased with.

Steve Gilbert and the design team provided great customer services, easy contact, and excellent professionalism. I will definitely use their services and refer their business to all my family, friends, and colleagues!

Jason and the Entire Writing Team were Excellent, Professional and will get back to you usually the same day with any questions, concerns or edits you may have regarding creating, writing and customizing your resume!!!
I will be recommending them to ALL my friends and colleagues!!!

Resume Profs provided an extraordinarily high-quality service. I was hesitant at first based on prior experiences with other resume writing companies. However, that wasn't the case here.

From the beginning, I felt at ease with Resume Profs. as Jason answered all my questions promptly.

The result was a high-quality resume and cover letter which I'm confident will get me the interviews I desire. I would highly recommend Resume Profs to anyone that wants their resume to stand out to a prospective employer.

This was a terrific experience for me. I was able to get in constant communication with Jason and he was always on point and really did a terrific job enhancing my Resume and Cover Letter. Great company!

Hey! My resume looks great. Thank you for making it looks so good. I cant wait to start putting it out there.
Thank you also for making this process so easy and fast- I would recommend you to anyone that needs help polishing up their resume!

Thanks for updating the resume and LinkedIn Profile. Now both are same which I was planning to do for a long long time but not getting a time to do it.
Thanks to all and Andy!

Nice and short resume. All my past experience explained well, which I myself couldn’t do that’s what I know for sure. I’m happy to see this new resume of mine because now I can proudly sent it to companies and will definitely get a good response on this.

The team is very professional and did a great job . Very minimal follow up. Everything handled via emails. Multiple rounds of review and feedback . Will highly recommend their service

Thanks to kurt for improving my resume and making it sound more professional.

This service has been a joke. Its been more than 30 days and i still don't have a finished product. The writers must not proof read the resume as their any many mistakes (same one over and over). I asked the writer 5x to take out a certain experience without success. Don't waster you money. ZERO STARS!!!!

Amazing resume at affordable prices! Perfect for everyone, especially those just getting into their respected career markets!

I am very thankful for the team at Resume Profs!!!
My sister told me about them and they do not disappoint. Jason Brown was my first contact, he was kind and got right on the task. Jason and his team are very intelligent. They know exactly how to word your job experiences in a way that will help you succeed in the future. I landed an amazing job because of my beautiful resume.
I had to relocate shortly after, so I contacted them again and asked them to add my new work experience. For a smaller fee they were very accommodating. They added what I asked for. Kurt Goodwin was always in contact with me. When I had problems, he was right there to help me. I will use them again and again. And I would suggest anyone and everyone to use them. They are worth it!!!
