THERE IS NO REFUND!!!!! One of their big selling points is a 45 day hired or your money back "guarantee". It's total BS! Don't fall for it like I did. I spoke with Ryan, the company owner and he promised me over and over that I had nothing to worry about because it's "guaranteed". The only thing that's guaranteed is that you will get an AI generated resume and a promise that is worth nothing. Also use a virtual credit card because they will try to charge you again without notice. Virtual cards are only good for one time use FYI. Just another scammer to scam job seekers. These type of low-lifes should be put under the jail.

Amy is the best resume and cover letter writer that I've come across in my professional career. She was patient, attentive, and extremely detailed oriented in order to tailor my resume and cover letter to the respective positions I'm applying for. Any time I wanted to change an item on my resume she gave me appropriate feedback, and without hesitation completed the request. I would highly suggest anyone to work with her in the future if they would like to get their resume's updated.

Ryan really worked hard to make sure that my resume and cover letter was updated and had more of the format and information suitable for a federal resume. They included pertinent information and really transformed the resume into a document more suited for my profession.

I was skeptical going into this as I never used a resume writing service in the past. They explained all the services they offer and tailored an initial package. They had me in a resume write with career coaching session. I was shocked when I started by submitting my new resume to the top company on my list. With less than a weeks time passed, that top company on my list returned an email wanting to know more about me after reviewing my resume.
Resume writing group put together a resume with all the right key words and left the reader (my new employer) wanting more information to the point of them reaching out to me. Five weeks in zoom and finally an in person interview led to an exceptional offer. I have to give credit to my first impression, which was my resume as written by Resume Writing Group. Not only is this company's resume writing subpar (I repeatedly came back over and over to get a product that was 'marketable", which it never was) , they are somewhat quick to charge. I was charged an annual 39.95 fee for annual "career consulting" after I had expressed dissatisfaction - the fee which was eventually reversed. Their career counseling lacked any out innovative thinking or strategy .The last request or effort I made to get a decent resume out of them ,I was charged a $89 and they literally tweaked a few lines . I expressed my disappointment with this quality of work and despite numerous DM's Ryan just failed to respond till this day. Initially Ryan was responsive, although it was probably to secure more chargeable business. Bottom line I never received one interview on their resumes. Went to another more professional company, with similar pricing, I was interviewing within ten days and employed 25 days later. I would not recommend using this service.

I have used Resume Writing Group in the past. I am appreciative for the work they do (and done) in assisting me in presenting myself to prospective employers. The team of writers are thoughtful, thorough and very attentive to the needs presented.

Resumes are overwhelming to me. So many little details you want to get right, but equally not wanting the resume to be too long (wordy). I’m so grateful for the time the team took to not only give me feedback/advice, but create a resume that feels concise and engaging. Very responsive too if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

This was my first time paying for a professional resume. The process was easy of course and I received my resume extremely quickly. I did have to send it back once for a typo, but that wasn't bad because we're going to have some type of human error.
The part that's really got me is that I paid over $100 for my resume and it has not received one hit from anyone other than scammers. I reached out to them for a revision since they suggested narrowing it down to a specific field, which they did. It just consisted of them rewording the header. The updated one still has not received any hits. The resume I did received more hits than these, they were just all low paying which I could not afford to accept.
The website is nice, you'll get a resume quick, but I cannot say you will get an interview or anything other than a rejection letter. It has been a month and they did say that it takes time,we will see.

Since my review above on October 1, 2024 this company has suspended my account. Inspite of how they chose to dress up this situation in their rsponse below, I did reach out to this company several times about my resume not getting any reviews or me landing a job. They replied with "It takes time." It will be a month in 2 days since they did my first resume and still nothing. I reached out to them again and they said that my resume was too broad, so I told the to narrow it down to Medical Billing. They did change the heading to reflect that and that was it. Still no interview and no new job. But this person responding to my review on here has chosen to lie about the timing by saying it has been 2 weeks, and also lying about me not reaching out to them. Then finally stating they wish me the best and to reach out to them even though they have suspended my account. There is also no way of getting in touch with them on their site unless you have an account or choose to make an order.
They have in the contract that they will refund your money with in 45 days and no more than 90 days. However they have suspended my account. FALSE ADVERTISING! I literally gave this company my last bit of money, believing that they would stand by their word. Instead they created a resume that has not gotten me one interview. Next suspended my account with them after my review on here. Then lied in their response to my review below to keep ripping people off. This company is a joke and they do not stand by their word.

Also I am a female not a male. They addressed me as a male in their response to my review even though you can see my picture above clear as day,
I-am-a-female.
Bit of advice if you don't know the person's gender look for a picture like the one I have above or use a neutral term. But I feel that was just another way for this person to be mean and hit below the belt because they did not like my original review. Either way people watch out for this company. It's a scam.

My resumes are always fantastic, and the customer service is great! I used the chat box on the side and it was a real live person and so helpful! I have been using this service for 10 years and will continue to!

What a terrible experience with Ryan and his team. He talked me into going with them when I interviewed 5 other companies and he promised the resume would be ATS friendly (it wasn't) then when I asked for help he ghosted me and now doesn't want to fix anything.
