Ease to donate, reasonable prices, good communication

Team arrived promptly and were very quick and efficient. Went the extra mile to provide excellent service.

Efficient was the overall experience. The online booking process was convenient and efficient. I appreciated that they can accommodate a pickup in 24 hours if needed. Communication was managed via text and email.
The two man team arrived promptly following a text to let me know they were on the way. The team was polite, took care with loveseat removal from our home and loading on the truck. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. Excellent experience.

We donated a couch. The process was simple and straightforward. The cost was probably the same as it would be to pay a company to take it to the dump, so we figured this could help someone.
The pick up crew was on time and professional.

Very dificult to reach a resl person. They make you wait around all day for the pick up. It would be nice if the driver would contact you with a more specific time the day of the pick up.
Very expensive seeing how i was donating a brand new bed to charity. it was recently bought for $1200.00 dollars, in Like New Condition, but they still chaerged me $206.00 dollars. Very challenging for old people with no money, who have to move to a nursing home. Very sad.

Communication is a bit clunky. Text messages and phone interactions were not great in terms of clearly describing the process.
The cost of services seemed high relative to the amount of work involved.

All I had to do was get the boxes together and hand it over to the Uber driver. The driver was lovely and cheerful. The reason I went through green pick up was because the donation places around me were not taking donations for at least a week and I needed to remove the things from my home as I am purging. I was told I would receive a receipt for donation, but I'm not sure how that is coming to me yet.

I scheduled a pick up this past week for a headboard, bedframe, two small lamps, a small nightstand, and then a wooden rectangular table. My pick up also included a mattress and box frame. My original estimate was somewhere in the vicinity of $220. When the crew came to pick up my items, I learned that they had to dispose of the mattress and box springs and I had to pay a recycling fee of $40. My items were identified as large and medium, which affected the price. Regarding the two lamps that I were donated, you could carry one in each hand and they were rather lightweight. My final cost was $368! I don’t think I would use this company again.

Mauricio and his team were courteous, kind, wonderful! He kept me informed of when he would arrive and was just very pleasant to work with. They are hard working and great at what they do!

I think it is outrageous that you would charge a customer $422 to donate quality furniture and home improvements items when they are trying donate items to those in need. It is a disgrace on behalf of Re supply a habitat for humanity for operating in such a poor. Unethical matter. I will share this process with everyone I know so no one else has to go through this.

Easy to arrange. Driver came on date scheduled and text received letting me know he was on his way. Handled furniture carefully and aware of need to not scratch wood floor. Made accommodations for picking up furniture down my steep driveway by unhitching trailer and just using truck at house.

Wonderful workers, arrived right on time and so efficient

The movers were very friendly and professional. However, the initial quote and what it ended up being was quite a bit different even though they weren't able to take all the furniture I had requested.. turns out it was much more expensive than I thought and they weren't able to remove the bow flex from my house. Given this, I probably would've gone with another company and hopefully everything would've been out of my house at less expense.

There was a team of 4 guys and they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The two guys were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I was scheduled for 8-12 but got a text at 11:30 saying it would now be 12-2. Though disappointed initially, they arrived shortly thereafter and did a great job. I've used them before and will use them again in the future.

I was thankful that our goods were going to the right place. The driver and his associate were polite and were also able to load the donated items quickly.
