I think it is outrageous that you would charge a customer $422 to donate quality furniture and home improvements items when they are trying donate items to those in need. It is a disgrace on behalf of Re supply a habitat for humanity for operating in such a poor. Unethical matter. I will share this process with everyone I know so no one else has to go through this.

Easy to arrange. Driver came on date scheduled and text received letting me know he was on his way. Handled furniture carefully and aware of need to not scratch wood floor. Made accommodations for picking up furniture down my steep driveway by unhitching trailer and just using truck at house.

Wonderful workers, arrived right on time and so efficient

The movers were very friendly and professional. However, the initial quote and what it ended up being was quite a bit different even though they weren't able to take all the furniture I had requested.. turns out it was much more expensive than I thought and they weren't able to remove the bow flex from my house. Given this, I probably would've gone with another company and hopefully everything would've been out of my house at less expense.

There was a team of 4 guys and they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The two guys were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I was scheduled for 8-12 but got a text at 11:30 saying it would now be 12-2. Though disappointed initially, they arrived shortly thereafter and did a great job. I've used them before and will use them again in the future.

I was thankful that our goods were going to the right place. The driver and his associate were polite and were also able to load the donated items quickly.

Simple and fast to schedule. One phone call did it all. Next thing I knew, Uber arrived to pick up the donated clothing and housewares. I’ll use ReSupply again for their service and results.

Did a great job getting furniture out of house

ReSupply kept me updated every step of the process. The pickup was on time. And the drivers were extremely nice and very careful when moving the furniture out of my house. I would definitely do this again.

We had a great experience with the moving team today! They were professional, polite, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly while still taking great care with everything in our office. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hard work and positive attitudes. I would definitely recommend them!

Outstanding! Easy online appointment setup. Good communication throughout the process. Much appreciated effort to narrow the pickup window. “Movers” were very courteous. Good value for the service provided. Highly recommend Resupply for donation pickup.

The guys were nice and super fast. They moved a loveseat, large desk and coffee table.

What I wasn’t expecting was the truck being late turning my scheduled morning pick up into early afternoon. I would be cautious of scheduling jobs moving forward bc customers are paying quite a bit for this service of a free donation. The least they should receive is timely pick-up, especially when job was scheduled a month out.

The process was so easy! And communication was great! I wasn’t expecting it to be so easy, but everything was amazing. Will definitely use this service in the future! Matt & Staci were so nice also!

Could've put my stuff out on the curb, but you never know if things will be found before rain ruins them. And sure enough, it did rain.

I’d totally do this again.
