Excellent service from the day I made the pickup appointment by phone to the pickup itself, including all the updates and reminders in between. Will definitely recommend.

At first I felt uncertain but it went fine.
At first I felt uncertain why Habitat for Humanity was not doing their own pick-ups. But now I see that while there are more steps (and maybe more expense to me) that each player is doing what they do best. And each layer supports a solid service.
The driver assigned was experienced at handling a wide variety of large items and providing a legitimate service. ReSupply coordinates available haulers and non-profits receiving donations. Habit for Humanity (and others) focus on managing donations not drivers and trucks.
ReSupply was outstanding at communicating each step, when my pick-up was matched with a driver and safeguards for me to identify the driver and truck.
The driver explained the steps in my donation being accepted by my charity and possibilities of the cost estimate being adjusted.
It all went smoothly. I was very happy.

good service and even arrived early. My 3 star rating is that resupply on the habitat for humanity page says $99 and that is only the base charge and additional charge for each item as well as fuel cost can lead to several hundred dollars.

Saying goodbye to our couch
The entire process was easy from calling the Salvation Army to the very pleasant young men who picked up the couch.
