The guys were on time and were courteous and polite. They made the pickup as directed.

However two charges were added to my original estimate that I was not informed of in advance. The recycling charge. I was under the impression that my sofa and loveseat was a donation. Also the fuel charge. I was not informed of that charge in advance either.

Overall a positive experience but the info I received from the person I spoke with on the phone to setup the appt did not align with the info from the actual pickup. I informed the person on the phone that my couch had "normal wear (used leather look) without any rips or tears" and was led to believe it could be re-used and therefor I would not have to pay a disposal fee. When the pickup driver arrived, he immediately looked at the couch and said "we can't re-use this". I let him know that I explained the condition of the couch when I setup the appointment. As a result, I had to pay an unexpected disposal fee and therefore could not leave the drivers a tip due to budget. I would have preferred for an expectation to be set that donation items need to be in pristine condition. I'd like to call out my pickup driver Tony Hayward - was very professional and courteous.

Everything was great from the reservation, to the pick-up. Not only was it easy to reserve a pick-up for the charity of my choice--Goodwill--the communication and payment process was seamless. I wasn't home at the time of the pick-up, but my husband was happy that things went so smoothly. He also shared that the moving crew said the furniture was in "excellent condition." I would highly recommend ReSupply.

Easy scheduling, excellent communication throughout, great movers

Very very organized. The booking process is extremely streamlined -You can pick an available day and window for pickup, specify from a drop down list what you are donating and hiw many bags. Resupply sends out a text confirming details and emails you at each step (pick-up apt confirmed, driver on way, driver has arrived, donation delivered /complete). An amazing service for closet clean outs or moving.

Our hauler crew was fantastic! They were fast, kind and extremely helpful!

The team who moved my dining set were efficient and very nice to deal with. They got the job done in record time.

We had a large sectional that we wanted to donate to Habitat for Humanity but no way to get it there. Walkers Express was fantastic! Scheduling online was fast and easy. Pickup was within 24 hours. Would highly recommend!
