Restaurant Didn't Receive My Resy Reservation

I made a reservation at a local seafood restaurant, 24 hours in advance, for lunch. When I arrived, the hostess had no record of the reservation. There were others waiting for a table, but I showed her the Resy confirmation on my phone and she found a table right away. That's the first time Resy has had a glitch. Not sure if it was a Resy error or the restaurant's.

Over complicated for no reason

Why must I create an account to book a reservation? Made it so difficult and in the end didn't even reserve my spot. Used to be able to just call and reserve. At the very least allow me to just put in contact info for my reservation and be done. It's only job appears to be to reserving tables and doesn't even do that well.

Well looks like I am not alone

Well looks like I am not alone - Missed out on a limited space for a very special day. Thanks for nothing Resy. Started 45 minutes early - tried on phone, 2 PCs and 3 opereating systems. Could get on but could not log in, could log in then couldnt edit profile. Then it would jsut sit there with a red ball bouncing.. AWFUL and no app for Android the largest of the OS's

Dozens of Unrequested SMS messages from Resy. Impossible to stop

Resy.com is sending me multiple unrequested SMS messages with account activation code while I didn't ever used this service and I don't even knew what Resy is before being stormed of unrequested SMS from them.
I tried to contact Resy to stop receiving SMS message from them but they said to just ignore the messages.
I received more than 20 messages in few weeks, mostly bothering me in nighttime. They come from different numbers so it is basically impossible to block them.

Is it so frustrating, annoying and concerning regarding a possible phishing activity.
I surely not suggest anything related to Resy to anyone I know.

I can't even log in

I can't even log in. They have my phone number and send me a code but when I enter the code it tells me it's wrong. I try it with the hyphen and without it, but neither is accepted. Worst website ever for making reservations.

Pathetic

I just reset my password six times, yee haw, it let me in. I filled out the information for the reservation and nothing happens. I've done this six times. Useless.

pathetically bad....entered number from…

pathetically bad....entered number from text they sent me...and repeatedly the system responded either "wrong email address" or "that didnt work"....this service is atrocious..it repels customers...i will avoid any restaurants that use it from now on...i wasted 25mins and still didnt get the reservation

Cancellation problem

I cancelled a reservation and Resy facilitated the restaurant making a new reservation in my name at 4:58 which is 2 minutes before the 5 pm cancellation time. (which would have been OK if they effectively notified us and asked for our confirmation). The first we received notification of the reservation was the next day 20 minutes before the reservation and we could not get there so were charged as a no show. Something is very wrong with their business process and I would think twice before using them. They may use the AMEX name but their customer service is Not AMEX quality,

Ridiculous platform

First off Resy does not have an app for android users so you have to log into the desktop app if you want to make a reservation. Only apple users have that luxury. In terms or making a reservation, as an Amex platinum card member I tried to take advantage of the Centurion Lounge at the US Open available through Resy. I was on the website at 10 AM sharp to make a reservation for that day. I could see the times available but when I clicked on any of the times they were no longer available by the time I got to the final page. I'm pretty sure the issue was not having an apple phone. Understanding reservations at the Centurion Lounge are limited it is absolutely ridiculous that I tried 2 days in a row only to get the same error message everytime until 60 seconds later when no reservations were available anymore. Although this is supposed to be a perk you have access to as an amex platinum member I can never take advantage of it. It's absolutely useless and I wish Amex would not partner with Resy anymore.

Awful technology

Awful technology. Let’s you add a reservation and then hit a confirm button only to be told it’s no longer available. Terrible, terrible experience over and over again

Beyond worthless

One of those apps that is so terrible it creates a Code Red frustration level (throwing the phone against a wall frustrating). It won’t let you reserve until you create an account but won’t let you create an account because it thinks you already have one.

Constantly booking me for the wrong date

If I had a dime for every time this BS app has made me believe I got a reservation for the day I was looking for, only to learn that it was for the “next available date” I would be a very rich person. Today I made reservations for Hook + Line in Santa Cruz and went all the way there only to learn that my reservation was for tomorrow and they did not have room for walk-ins.
