clunky to use and fundamentally not fit for purpose. You can't change the number of guests without changing the time of the booking and when I tried to manage my booking it gives me a different price for the fixed menu than the price I booked at. And when I booked it said free cancellation until the morning of the dinner. However, when I manage my booking it says you have to cancel 72 hours before. These are basic things for a booking system to get right.

There is always a problem with the booking or card validation which makes the whole booking process to take so long and be so hardwork. Less restaurants should use this awful booking system.

Cancelled my near-impossible to get dinner reservation because I booked a bar 2 hours before - what sort of booking system wouldn’t allow that??? My booking was immediately taken by someone else and they’ve ruined our holiday plans!! Customer service was shocking too - Stephanie!

Update: Issue below is now fixed; re-rated.
Original review: "Resy apparently thinks it's okay the site doesn't load"
resy.com doesn't load (as http://) on all major browsers except select cases in Chrome. http should redirect to https, like pretty much every other site out there. Excuses from resy included the site not being optimized for mobile so the app or desktop should be used instead (it doesn't work on desktop either, btw). Took about 15 emails between myself and staff before they finally forwarded it to the appropriate team (or claimed to), during which they called me a number of different names. It was like dealing with Starbucks. Will re-rate if it gets fixed.

This app is rubbish. All I wanted to do was quickly book a table in a restaurant, not waste 5 minutes creating an account and filling out card details just to do a simple task. Hate companies like this that force signups
