Replacement rose bush
Replacement rose bush
I was bought a rose bush for my birthday, sent bare rooted. I think it was dead on arrival, as it was bone dry in the bag with no soil at all on the roots. But I planted it following full instructions, but after a few weeks it was obvious that it was dead, brown and dry stems. After speaking to a very helpful man in the helpline, he tad another rose delivered within a few days. It looked so different! It is now planted and hopefully will grow into a beautiful shrub.
Thankyou for replacing the first rose, so quick and easy.

Linda, I'm not sure this message was for us. I can see that somebody with your name has ordered from us in the past BUT we don't grow rose bushes... we are the bedding plant drive thru if that helps?

Dithering
Sent to collect plants by my other half i was given a choice of pot colours. Unsure I rang my other half but no answer. I guessed wrong, as I found out on my way home. Back to happy plants to exchange for what I apparently should have known was right all along!
Not only did they swap the pots with no problem but also made light of it so I was slightly less embarrassed returning 10 minutes after I'd left!

Delighted with my order from Happy Plants. Collected them on Saturday morning and the set-up was very professional and everyone helpful and cheerful - an excellent experience! All the plants and hanging baskets are beautiful and sturdy too. Really enjoying planting them in tubs and borders. Thank you all.

Beautiful plants all collected in a COVID secure way, looking forward to many more Happy Plants in the future.
Good selection of plants all well established, good size compost bags & a free planter for joining the club along with 10% discount.
Good communication, well described collection & all packed into my car without me having to lift a finger.
