Worst company ever …
"I've had a very negative experience with this company. It seems that workers, particularly from Romania, are being treated unfairly and disrespectfully. The manager exhibits bullying behavior, and I had a confrontation with the owner after expressing my concerns about the company's practices. I feel that the environment is not conducive to a healthy or respectful workplace."

As evidenced by their response, they are claiming to know the author of this. It is apparent that your company is not operating at a fast pace; rather, it appears to be underfunded and poorly maintained, which significantly increases the difficulty of the work. This is likely why there are no English workers employed at the minimum wage.

I recently visited the original site & I was impressed by how efficiently it's run and how it's obviously well invested into. A really great place which is well organised & inspiring to visit- you can tell just how much they care about their team (and their plants!). I look forward to visiting their new site at some stage too!

We have been using Happy plants for many years as our main supplier for bedding, we have found Natalie and her team professional and brilliant to deal with. Start of the planting season again and as always the team at Happy Plants are always there offering all their expertise. The plants are of exceptional quality and my customers come back and back for more. The staff are so friendly and always go the extra mile to help me, even although I’m a small local business compared to the large companies they deal with.

I‘ve known Happy Plants for getting on for ten years, a great family business offering a huge range of plants, Lovely dedicated people who really care about what they do and are passionate and innovative and just what the industry requires. Great plants, great quality and service, their plants make me happy!

I’ve known Nat and the team at Happy Plants for going on a a decade now, we have had thousands of trolleys of plants and never been disappointed.
Problems are always sorted quickly on the rare occasions they happens.
If you ever get the chance to visit, then that is worthwhile, there always a warm welcome and often cake as well.

I have used Happy Plants for over 11 years now and have always had top service. No problem is too small. Quality of plants is top notch and at very reasonable prices. Always a pleasure to deal with and a visit to the nursery is a must!

I have only used Happy Plants a handful of times, but I have never been disappointed by the range, quality and service I have received.
If you need a bedding supplier, they don’t come much better than these guys!

A great company to deal with, and to work, with for the supply of seasonal plants and containers to the garden centre.
Very helpful team who strive to provide good quality products at keen prices.
So refreshing to be able to talk to a business owner that is passionate about business, and willing to go that extra ‘mile’ to help the customer out.

I can't recommend them enough. I've spoken to a number the Happy Plants team (from juniors to owners) and they're all lovely. They're happy to help, nothing is ever too much and you can tell they love what they do. They also invested in a brand-new site 2 years ago which I was fortunate enough to see, and it's incredibly!

I also learnt that one of the business owners also volunteers her spare time to contribute to the wider industry and has even launched a new scheme!

If I could rate it right than 5 I definitely would.

I've worked with Happy Plants over many years and they are a great company. The whole family who run the business are dedicated and passionate about horticulture. They approach everyone with a smile and I have always felt welcome during any visits.
