Retail Resource Avis

The prices are great it is the shipping that KILLS

I ordered for the first time & i mistakenly put the wrong state I my order form..I was immediately linked online and it was corrected..not to mention the speedy delivery. I will definitely order again. And will tell my friends about the super fantastic customer service i received.

Product appears to be what I need but assembly instructions leave a little to be desired.

I didn't find the information I needed in the product description, so I sent an email to Retail Resource with my question. Based on their answer, I purchased the product. It turns out that their response was wrong and the display I purchased doesn't fit our needs.

Very helpful and fast delivery.

Was looking for something to showcase a shirt at my husband's retirement party and this torso turned out perfect for this and future occasions.

This company is easy to use and fast shipping. Great variety of items that I cannot find elsewhere.

Product was as described and shipped from stock right away. Great experience.

There were some issues with the order from my company's end, but Katie W. stuck with it, we got the issue resolved, and the product has been received. I have to look at the product with the end user to make sure this will work for them. I discussed other options with her and she did let me know about the no problems return policy. This is great to know.

The customer service agent in the chat box was more than helpful at finding the items I needed, the items arrived in the expected amount of time and were exactly what I needed!!

I ordered product on line, when the product arrived I realized I ordered the wrong item. I contacted Customer Service via email they were quick to respond, issued a pick up tag immediately. I sent a photo of the item I was looking for, they did not stock it BUT located it with another vendor and shipped it out to us. Happy Customer :)

I'm using these label holders over a steam table in a cafeteria service line setting. I have searched for ways to label our menu items such that does not distract the eye from the food, that the steam from the steam table does not effect & is durable enough to stand up to changing the label out 3 times a day. SO FAR SO GOOD! They clip onto the "sneeze guard" easily. They do not distract the eye from the label because they are clear (the same as the sneeze guard). All you notice is the actual food & the label. They are also cleanable, which is important to any food service.

Love the website. Easy to find items, and when I am unable to find what I'm looking for the online chat with a representative is fantastic! Super friendly and helpful.

On the one occasion I had to process an exchange/return, that went smoothly as well.

I saw this product in a catalog and searched for it on line and found Retail Resource where I got it considerably cheaper. I love the product and the price. It took a while to get here, but it was worth it. Thank you Retail Resource!

paid almost as much in shipping as I did for my product

update: company contacted me and offered half of my shipping back. excellent service!

I was very happy with the quality of these torsos sturdy well-made. They were delivered and a quick timely manner also.

Shipped quickly and product arrived in beautiful condition as advertised

Shipping was like 50% the price of my product and I wasn't buying large items. I almost deleted my order but I needed the product, however it makes me not want to shop on this site again and instead find somewhere with better shipping rates.

Found the products I needed & completed the required info. My order arrived within a few days.
Easy - seamless - very happy customer!

Would do business with again, thank you
