Retrolocker Avis 

Considering I got the Miami Vice jersey, the bright colours are very muted compared to the pictures. The stitching was very poor and to top it off there was actually a hole in the jersey to, did anyone even check before it was sent out?

The quality in the products are phenomenal and the customer service is top notch. Favorite site by far!

I had an issue with the shipment. I noticed it wasn't arriving, and then I saw that it had apparently been returned due to some problem.

These guys did everything they could to expedite my order as a special birthday gift to me which I highly appreciated! When the jerseys arrived I realized they were too big and I reached out and received prompt service via email to fix this problem and get FULL REPLACEMENTS! Wow I have never seen such good service from a company! I truly appreciate the quality of the products too, I just ordered the wrong size and they completely helped me out and knocked it out of the park!

Peace, I would like to start off by Praising the Retro Locker Staff for a Situation that wasn't so good at first, But turned out great. I placed an order for a pair of Basketball Shorts, And didn't realize that the last digit of my address was wrong. The package was delivered to another address close to me, And ofcourse when I asked the person who answered the door of that address Noone knew anything!... I Sent an email to Retro Locker's customer service not really knowing what to expect. I was very surprised by the speedy response, And the excellent level of resolution that the Retro Locker Team lead with. A courtesy to replace my shorts free of charge was extended to me. Also consistent communication took place the whole way. I always received a response to my emails. My replacement order finally arrived and it was worth the wait. The quality was Top Tier. The stitching, color and fit was all great. I would recommend anyone to purchase from Retro Locker.

Delivery time was great and the Cubs Pete Crow-Armstrong jersey is a perfect fit and super comfortable. I will definitely be ordering again. Great work!

The jerseys are really nice. I had a problem with my order, but Ronald's been super helpful, and I really appreciate it.

The support was horrible. They sent a product that looked like it was sewn by a 5 year old. I asked that they replace it. They ignored my emails for weeks until I prompted them to answer. It took me about 2 1/2 months for them to take me seriously. They finally sent a replacement and guess what? It was the wrong colors. They refunded my money but kept the tax and shipping. This is a horrible company.

Oh, how I wish these women's jerseys were true to size. They are not. I ordered a women's XL, and it is more like a Medium. (They won't even button) People, BUY LARGER than the intended size. And you can't return them because they are marked XL. I would like to know in what world women are that size and considered an XL! Other than that, the jerseys are pretty cool!

Ordered a New Jersey Nets satin jacket, was a little snug, contacted customer service about the issue and they were able to replace the original one with one that fit me better. Got the second jacket quicker than the first, very responsive. Would highly recommend.

I have made many jersey purchases and when I saw Retrolocker and thought, "why not" it could not be any different than what I was currently purchasing.
Boy! Was I surprised when I got the first jersey. It really is made like the jerseys in the past. Good quality and great detail on the numbers, names, patches.
I am going to start switching out all of my old pressed plastic jerseys for Retrolocker jerseys now
