Retrolocker Avis

I received my jersey and i0ened the package , there was a black mark on the shoulder and somthing discoloration on the left chest, also the button holes were loose. I took some pictures and sent them off to support before washing or anything. Daniella responded pretty quickly amd said she would forward it to customer care. In a couple days she responded and said they would be sending me a new jersey. About a week had gone by and she had emailed saying the jersey is being shipped and I received the new one about a week or so after that. The new one arrived in great shape no issues with the replacement. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally I would definitely buy from them again

We ordered a women's large jersey that ran slightly small (make sure to check the sizing chart when buying) but the customer service rep, Erika, was extremely kind and helpful and exchanged us for a bigger size at no extra cost! We will be using this site more often for our favorite teams merch!

Retro locker are the real deal. Products are exceptional quality and prices well. Few little issues with the courier however Retro locker stepped up and handled the situation like true legends. These guys are the standard in how to do business online. Thankyou for my son's Italia jersey also.

Received one of my 3 jerseys but man that quality is banging and legit honestly way better than fanatics or mlb shop cheap material and price, was a bit skeptical when I heard about retro locker but it’s 100% legit and fast shipping, would definitely recommend to family and friends!! 10/10!!!!

There was an issue with my original order but Erika and the customer service team was outstanding and made it right promptly. I'm very happy with the jersey I received and will be purchasing more in the future!

Very happy with the quality of my Jersey, just a hair over 3 weeks so was right on time. Customer service is great, shout out to dia for that. Will definitely shop here some more.

Retro Locker, and Erika were so accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. I submitted my order and forgot to change the size, so I was ordered a youth small instead of adult XL, sent over and email and man, these folks responded crazy fast! It’s like there’s never a time someone isn’t working there. Anywho, they got it done and sure enough, came in the right size. I ordered 3 custom and 1 player jersey. The player jersey came in about 10 days and the customs came about a week later. Hard to be upset with that kind of timing, customer service and price.

I ordered the right size but the No Fun League has once again changed their jersey cuts so it didn’t fit, they were so accommodating and quick to help me get a replacement that wasn’t gonna run my pockets again. It was a process but they were great, very clear with what they needed and has a resolution in like 4 days.

Jersey quality is so good, I’m trying to get them to bring back some older ones they carried so I can get those too!

Seriously, not a bot, not AI, just a dude playing a dude disguised as another dude. I run a custom t-shirt business, but I don’t do embroidery - these folks make it look easy, but I have no business in trying to compete with their quality or turn around times. Especially considering Retro will get it to me quicker than I could learn to do it myself.

Kudos Retro Locker.
I appreciate yall.

Date of experience says today, but that’s just cause I’m leaving the review now. This experience began about a month ago.

I have bought 4 jerseys and plan on buying more !! The quality is EXCELLENT ! The customer service is OUTSTANDING ! The agent named Kaye responds EVERY TIME and is VERY friendly ! I highly recommend these jerseys ! They take alot of pride !! THANKYOU KAYE 🙏🏽

I ordered a few jerseys expecting them to arrive as one package. Was concerned about getting scammed. Contacted customer service and they responded advising that the item would ship separately. I received a custom jersey that was the wrong size. Customer service came through once again and shipped out the correct size.

The jersey I ordered I love very much and I’m happy with it.

I'm a returning customer I love the craft & detail orientation that Retro Locker gives. Overall great quality & precision. I wanted to rate 4 star due to over delay but Dia (Retro Locker Support) she played a major role of enlightenment showed very good consistency responding to emails keeping me updated through the whole long process also with kind respectful customer service. Dia made the process a good experience, for that factor Retro Locker & support team deserves a solid 5 star rating. I'm very impressed with my purchases. Will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work Retro Locker & Support team. Thanks a lot.

Quality items and true to size! Very important for bigger fans! Great customer service from Daniella! My shipping concerns were immediately addressed. Took a little time for custom jersey but customer service kept me in the know. Would recommend!

While I initially received a wrong jersey in my order. I reached out to them after business hours and they answered immediately. By the next day they already had started the process of making sure I got the correct one. Maybe 2 weeks later the jersey was shipped and delivered so quick!

Love Retro Locker. Got the 4 for 3 deal. Excellent quality and very reasonable prices. Loved the deal so much that I have ordered 4 more.

Retro has what I believe are the two most important factors when doing business with a company....
#1 - The quality of their products must be of high quality AND
#2 - The quality of their customer service in every way to excel MUST BE TRULY OUTSTANDINGL

Retro has both in spades. The quality of the Indiana University, #80 Becker jersey has the highest quality PERIOD
I had various issues arise BUT RETRO RESPONDED TO EVERY ISSUE ALMOST AS QUICK I HIT THE SEND BUTTON. PLUS RETRO WAS VERY PROACTIVE IN RESOLVING EVERY ISSUE THAT AROSE!!!

I'D RECOMMEND EVERYONE USE RETRO WHEN LOOKING FOR THE PRODUCTS THEY CARRY

THANK YOU RETRO FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Been very happy with jerseys quality and accuracy i ordered 4 jerseys one was a little off and they are sending me one to replace it!

Retrolocker provided great service when my first jersey was stolen in our apartment complex. The new replacement jersey was received within a couple of weeks.
I was happy with the service that Retrolocker provided.

What can I say . I had a situation that they handled with such incredible customer service . That I purchased another for a friend’s Birthday.
The effort they put into each sale was actually a shock to me . Once some places make a sale it’s difficult to get the support I received. Would purchase and refer them without hesitation.

Good quality for the price, excellent customer service, very reliable

Not aweful, but the price matches quality. I bought 4 to get the get one free deal... one jersey was just awful and painfully fake, another had the numbers 'sewn' (actually heat pressed) off line their own (noticeable) press lines, and slightly (but obviously) crooked. Baseball jerseys have a cheap mesh fabric on the bottom of the back (both jereseys)... looks like a women's casual dress top. Want a nice jersey(?)... spend the money. Great for younger kids maybe...
