I had an issue with one of my jerseys but thanks to Kaye I'm glad it was fixed and is being changed. The quality is amazing and so is how they package them. I appreciate Instagram for giving me the ads of retro locker and I wish they had a fran tarkenton and a Vick jersey in stock. I'm very glad I'm using this website. I'm also glad I bought my OJ, lewis, Montana, and my favre jersey from them. I appreciate everything u guys have done. And for that I ty.

I placed my order with RetroLocker on 3rd August and, more than two months later, I still haven’t received it - they actually sent me the wrong shirt LATE.

Unfortunately, the communication throughout has been extremely poor and inconsistent. I’ve been given various explanations for the delays, which have changed over time and have left me with very little confidence in what I’m being told. Recently, communication has become increasingly less responsive.

It’s incredibly frustrating to have waited this long for an order with no clear resolution or reliable update.

A real shame, as I was genuinely looking forward to receiving the products, but the customer service and overall experience have been very disappointing.

I’ve been with RetroLocker for almost two years now, if I’m not mistaken, and over that time, my family, relatives, friends, and I have purchased more than 200 items from your company. We’ve been loyal customers and, despite the number of purchases we’ve made, we’ve never been the type to constantly ask for refunds or create unnecessary issues.

There is one thing I’ve noticed recently that honestly concerns me.

Ronald, who has helped me, my friends, and my relatives many times in the past, seems to be gone. He no longer appears to be responding to emails, and instead, we’ve been dealing with different support representatives and what honestly feels like automated or bot-generated responses from people such as Christine, AJ, and others.

I remember when I could personally communicate with you, Michael, and with Ronald. The company has clearly grown since then, and I understand that growth can bring changes to the support team. However, the quality and consistency of the customer service have also changed, and unfortunately, not in a good way.

Ronald was different. He genuinely listened, understood the situation, and actually helped resolve concerns. If you look through the reviews and experiences of my relatives, you’ll probably notice that Ronald is the person who repeatedly helped them. That kind of customer support is what made us comfortable continuing to purchase from RetroLocker.

That’s why I’m asking you personally: could you please pass my concerns, as well as my relatives’ concerns, directly to Ronald?

If Ronald has moved into a higher position within the company, I would appreciate knowing that. If he is no longer with RetroLocker and has moved to another company, please let us know that as well.

We have supported RetroLocker with more than 200 purchases, and we want to continue doing so. But it is becoming difficult to keep purchasing when the support we receive feels inconsistent, impersonal, or like we’re simply talking to bots that don’t properly understand or address the issue.

This is not about asking for refunds or compensation. It’s about the customer service and the trust we had in the company.

I’m reaching out because I genuinely hope you can look into this. If possible, please connect my concerns with Ronald or let me know what happened to him. His support was one of the reasons we felt comfortable continuing to purchase from RetroLocker.

Ordered three weeks ago well ahead of my partners birthday and am yet to receive a tracking number or any info on when/if this has been posted. When I followed up after not hearing in 2 weeks, they told ME to ask in a week. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t order again.

What an amazing company! I ordered a custom Seahawks jersey and when it arrived it was SOOO beautifully stitched and AMAZING quality! To my surprise, I had ordered a youth small on accident, but nevertheless, Ericka was able to get me all taken care of. She was prompt, efficient, and reassured me that my mistake wouldnt result in me not getting the jersery that I truly wanted!

Ordered 4 pairs of the shorts. Do not buy these at size you are supposed to be. I wear usually 2X shorts and the New Orleans Saints shorts were at best a L. The shorts string is also very cheap and does not hold up as well. I also ordered the White Griswold, Black Griswold and Black Mighty Ducks shorts in 3X because of wanting to insure they fit well. These in no way are 3XL shorts and maybe a XL size in real life. The one the string came out almost immediately and just felt cheap. The jerseys are 1st rate the shorts are just way to small cut to fit right. I love Retro Locker's jersey's but the shorts were just awful. It shows $25 fee to remake and that is just not happening. One other issue I have is that I ordered a Calgary Flames Vernon jersey 7 weeks ago and I keep getting standard we haven't gotten it completed yet. If I had not reached out there would be no communication. The other 3 jerseys in my order have all been delivered 3-4 weeks prior. Not sure why the delay on this jersey at all.

EDIT: So Retrolocker reached out to me and are working to make this right. I am updating this to a 3 until it actually happens but I appreciated them reaching out to m e and wanting to make things right. If they do I will be extremely satisfied as a customer. Thanks to Christine for reaching out.

I ordered a jersey 9 weeks ago and have been in constant contact with support as it's yet to arrive. I usually get generic replies and the one time someone said it would be sent off that week (2 weeks ago now) it still wasn't. I do believe them to be genuine but I ordered the Jersey specifically to go to a game 10 weeks ahead of time and I'm very disappointed I won't be receiving it.

Update 1: I received an email from the manager offering a full refund and that they'll still send the Jersey due to the delays. I will happily change the review and rating once these have been processed.

Update 2: Christine, manager at Retrolocker, has been absolutely brilliant. I've got the refund now and it went through immediately like she said. It's still disappointing that I never got what I ordered but I've been refunded in full now with a promise that I'd still receive the jersey when it's made. I was anxious about a pending bank issue with the refund but she put my mind right at ease, Her customer service is exemplary. Thank you Christine.

I discovered retro locker through Instagram and was curious like you, knowing that New Jerseys are very expensive and retros affordable price got my curiosity going. I did the buy three get one free deal. After about three weeks, I received the products and was absolutely blown away. I continue to use retro locker for gifts and around the world Cupp my closest friends received their team’s favorite jerseys. Skipping now to the MLB post season as well as the start of hockey season I now have about 20 jerseys! If I’m being honest you get better quality than the ones that you would get directly from the store. I even reached out to customer support at one point because of a delayed shipping, which was not their fault and they were still extremely helpful! I can’t recommend retro locker enough!

What’s up guys. I’m a big sports guy and I buy tons of jerseys. I gave retro locker a shot and I ordered a custom college football jersey. It’s literally a Nike vapor jersey with extremely good quality. It shipped out in 3 weeks which to be honest is pretty good for only paying 70 bucks. The shipping had me a little worried but a Chinese man literally came to my door and hand delivered it. The quality is amazing, the shipping was fine, and the price was unbeatable. I know there are many jersey scams but I tried retro locker and this site is freaking good. Highly recommended from someone who uses eBay and fanatics.

I have purchased several jerseys and they have all been excellent! The shipping company had my order marked "out for delivery" for about 4 days. Kaye responded to my email right away so it was very quick response of an issue however my order was delivered about half an hour after I emailed. But the service was right there had I needed it! I have ordered roughly 10 jerseys and all have been excellent!
