I still haven’t received all of my order which was placed on June 19th. Of the 3 jerseys I received, 1 was completely wrong, and all, despite everything I’ve read in reviews and on their website, were poorly done iron-on letters and numbers. In addition to the quality not being to standard, the order not being accurate, and it still not being delivered in its entirety, I am stunned by the sizing. I wear XL tshirts and they generally fit loosely across my chest and torso. I ordered the 2XL jerseys based on their measurements, and they are smaller and a standard large tshirt. I’m so disappointed. I reached out to customer service several times before they responded and even then they only responded to half of my message. Apparently the rest of the order is on the way, but I don’t even want it. They’re not wearable.

Ordered I Redskins bomber jacket, picture on the page the color is burgundy and the jacket they sent is red with the Starter Logo on the sleeve.They just got a Starter Jacket and put the Redskins and NFL patch on the sleeve and calling it custom made and they are blocking and deleting all negative reviews on facebook.

I've ordered 3 jerseys so far. Had a minor quality control issue with one of them. I was slow to notify them of the problem, but customer service was fantastic and they very promptly sent a perfect replacement jersey. Very pleased with the quality of the jerseys that I've ordered. They are A+++ in my book.

All the compliments received wearing my jersey at the baseball game. Especially respects to HOF Tony Gwynn patch. From now on, it’s my only go to game day jersey. Timely customer service with the support team via email replies put my expectations at ease.
Only noticed shipping real time tracking locations can improve after an initial shipping label was created July 15 and finally received or arrived July 25 by GOFO affiliated carrier. That’s a 10 day gap of no real time status. Only then was GOFO progress tracked to final delivery destination. Not really a big deal what consumers have been accustomed to seeing their online orders tracking locations originating from an e-commerce business (Retro Locker) where the jersey’s were designed and created. Also, it’s just my OCD nature to trim excess stitching threads sticking out from the backing areas of the sewn embroidery. But optional to leave as is upon receipt inspecting your order. Expect custom jersey order designs to take up to 6 weeks delivery time. Overall, the wait with the Q&A’s was well worth it and the jersey price point and design quality, there’s no comparison.

The quality on the soccer jerseys I purchased is amazing. Really blown away by the quality. Sizing was spot on. Took about two weeks to get my package, so be aware but once you see the quality, it’s worth the wait. I recommend to all my friends, family and anyone reading this.

The experience was great at first but quickly went bad. Ronald (of the support team) answered my emails fairly quickly and even expedited my shipping for my initial order. I finally got the order and the jerseys looked great but were smaller than I would have liked. I inquired about returning the jerseys for a bigger size and sent me a link for a $25 fee to ship a bigger size. To my surprise they let me keep the jerseys I originally ordered (I was okay with sending them back) which makes me question the authenticity of the jerseys. I paid the $25 only to be told days later that it was lost in transit and their logistics team won’t investigate it. Also the tracking link they give you doesn’t give you any information about the status of the jerseys. Ultimately feels like they made me pay extra for a service that was never delivered and seems like their teams are unwilling to provide transparency in regards to shipping.

Like many I was curious whether this site was legit.
I decided to give them a try and took advantage of their by 3 get the 4th free.
After 2-3 weeks 3 jerseys arrived. Absolutely perfect! Great stitching for names and numbers. 2 baseball style jerseys and 1 Mendoza Raiders jersey.
Unfortunately when the 4th arrived the size was wrong.
Sent an email and Ronald responded a few days later. After a couple of emails back and forth he assured me they will be sending me a replacement.
He was great throughout the process.

The main thing is be patient. Email responses may seem slow. Delivery is a bit slower than we're used to. But rest assured when you are done you'll be very happy! Enjoy!

I've ordered two different jerseys and had to change the sizing on one, Erika at custom service has been absolutely amazing and helpful. Still waiting on my custom jersey to arrive…but I messed up. Apparently I didn’t change the size and ordered a kid’s small. By the time I realized, the small was already made on its way to me. Ronald was AWESOME! Didn’t blame me, said he’d redo my order in the correct ADULT size I should have ordered, and didn’t charge me. That’s customer service!! Just for that, I’ll be back to order more. Thanks Ronald!!

OK - this is a complete and honest story about Retrolocker. About a month ago, I ordered 2 jerseys - a black, Pirates, K. Griffin and a Orange alternate Detroit Tigers, K. McGonigle. I received them both at the same time and I loved the Pirate jersey - it was perfect. Colors, logos and patches were accurate. The Tigers however, was not perfect and I let the folks at Retro Locker know this. They earnestly wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I sent them pictures of the jersey they sent me and what my expectations were. We did this a couple of times and they told me that they were working on sending me a replacement. Their customer support team was fantastic (Ronald and Dia). A few weeks ago, they sent me an e-mail pic with the new jersey and asked for my approval. It looked great - what I was expecting and they sent it right away. I love it! Their customer service was awesome, they followed through every step of the way - and I'll continue to order from them.

I was skeptical at first, but Retro's customer Service responded to every inquiry I made assuring me that my order would be fulfilled. The jerseys are top notch quality at a very fair price. I purchased 5 Jerseys, they came in multiple shipments but all arrived. Really nice product.

I eventually received my jersey, and the quality was good. However, the buying experience was frustrating. My in-stock order took much longer than the advertised processing time, my cancellation request was denied, communication was slow, promised updates weren’t provided when expected, and I had to repeatedly follow up for tracking information. I ultimately opened a chargeback because I couldn’t get clear information about my order. Although the jersey eventually arrived, I hope the company improves its communication and order transparency.

I had a bit of trouble with the sizing, and customer service was very prompt, and the issue got sorted right away!!
