The quality of the product is great and the customer service was amazing. Ronald was an exceptional customer service, he quickly and completely resolved a shipping issue I had. I’m really happy with my purchase.

I love the overall quality, stitching, and design of the jerseys. I had one concern and Ronald stepped in and fixed my situation expeditiously. I've order 5 jerseys so far and will be ordering more custom ones for some co workers real soon.

I ordered 4 jerseys and my shipment says all of them have arrived but when I opened the package only 1 of them was there. I have emailed the company because their site says to click on a button to chat with support but no such button shows to be there. This is my 1st purchase with Retrolocker and I hoped to be a regular customer. I am extremely frustrated right now and I will adjust my review if i have a positive resolution

Update. I recieved all my jerseys. They came 1 at a time and I believe it wasn't until the 2nd or 3rd arrived that I got a card saying they would ship as they were completed. The product is great for the price point. Only reason not 5 stars is due to their shipping and communications about the jerseys coming in 1 at a time

I had a bit of a wait because I had a custom order, which is mentioned on the website so I wasn't surprised. As soon as it was ready to ship, I got a notification, and it arrived promptly a week later.
When I had questions about one of the patches, I reached out to customer service. Erika was very helpful and I appreciated how quickly she was able to reach back out to me. Everything was resolved with remarkable speed and demonstrated commitment to quality and service. I can't wait to put in my next order!

Customer service was very good, Ronald was a fantastic communicator. I had to wait a little for replies but they were helpful. Not more than 1-2 business days. Took about 4 weeks to get the merchandise.
My medium baseball jersey was a medium but fit like a large or XL. Pretty sad about that. The medium soccer jersey was perfect though.

Be patient with delivery since every Jersey is custom made after ordered so that needs to be factored into delivery time. It’s worth it!

Very good quality, is on the higher end price wise for what I presume is rep products, but its well worth the money, custom prints look very very good. A tip is to go for a size up than your usual sizing. Will 100% be buying from them again

Great lineup of jersey's and other sports gear. I'm a sucker for the retro teams or uni's that have long since gone away. Their apparel is top notch and why pay ridiculous prices for "the real deal" when these look identical for about half the price. I ordered Dwight Gooden Mets, Bo Jackson Royals and Alabama Forrest Gump. The quality is on point! While the Forrest Gump arrived later than originally promised. Retrolocker was very attentive and rectified the issue immediately which still kept my experience top notch!!

First I got a wrong size, apparently I forgot to click on the right one, but got to keep it and got a new one for free thanks to Ronald

I ordered 4 Cincinnati Reds jerseys after hearing/reading about RetroLocker on Reddit. These jerseys exceeded my expectations. For the cost, they are phenomenal. I did have a question during the shipping process, but Daniella responded in a flash. Will definitely order more jerseys from them.

The jerseys have strings I have to cut and white rash spots on one out of three.
