Ordered retro Celtics Jacket. It first came incorrect with the color of the letters reversed. But Retro Locker corrected it and sent me the correct jacket and it's perfect. I love it!!!

Ordered a city connect Red Sox jersey size small. The jersey was well made and much more breathable than other jerseys I own. 10/10 customer service as well!

I was extremely surprised and pleased with my order. I received my jersey in a timely manner and the stitching was great. Went to a game the other day and the jersey looked just like the ones at the stadium! The jersey was a bit smaller than it should have been, but the price and the quality more than made up for that shortcoming. I would definitely suggest others to use retro locker as opposed to paying the hundreds of dollars from proper retailers

Everything fits the way it should. The guesswork in trying to figure out a size is really non-existent. The quality of everything when it arrives is incredibly high. The communication is fantastic. I placed an order for a 1994 USA World Cup jersey. I accidentally put the wrong address from where i just moved out from down instead. I emailed and dm'd and they changed the address quickly and it got delivered to the correct place. The jersey itself is great quality, it isnt some vinyl heat pressed garbage where you can tell they just wanted you to have the design. the shirt fit's well, the quality is great, the stitching is flawless and for cheaper than what's on FIFA's website for current jerseys. I will absolutely be ordering from them again and looking at them first for any future jersey buying.

I received my order last week Friday on the 19th. Opened it up and was completely different that what was pictured at the time of placing my order. I reached out via chat last week about this issue sending pictures of what I thought I ordered vs what was received. Still no word from anyone and I reached out again via chat yesterday. I’m highly upset because I’m not getting anywhere and was falsely advised too. Now o have gotten my financial institution involved because customer service sucks. I will never order from Retro Locker again!

Ordered a jersey from Retrolocker and the charge went through. Over a week later still NO updates and tracking info. Contacted their customer service and was told maybe SIX WEEKS to even process my order!! Demanded a refund. No reply. Now I file a claim with VISA fraud. June 2026

Products are quality and orders came in a timely manner considering they are made to order. When there was a small glitch in the site, Ronald was helpful in resolving the issue for me quickly. I have 8 jerseys from this site and will definitely be back!
