Have you ever made a mistake on your order?
I've made a mistake on my order. I instantly started to worry knowing that companies tend to take a long time responding and I needed this to be fixed immediately. I've reached out to them to inform them of my issue and within 2 minutes, The issue was resolved. I am very pleased and relieved that I didn't have to live with the burden of the mistake I've made long at all. Customer service definitely gets an A+ in my book.

Absolutely amazing
Ryan with Retro games is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I’ve already tried out all the games and they worked perfectly. From what I understand there are retro games now being counterfeit so I did my research and all these games were authentic no issues at all. The N64 system came in better than anticipated. It looked almost new. So many wonderful memories brought back into my household. Thank you again.

Prices are better than ebay, only difficulty was the console and the game weren't shipped together but besides that everything works great.

SCAM SELLER
SCAM SELLER! They List stuff on their store, take your money for said item you want and purchased. They then go on eBay with your cash and buy what you wanted and just put in your shipping address and keep the difference. You aren’t buying from them, they are a SCAM. They scammed my fiancé out of a couple hundred dollars for a Wii for me. All we got so far was a Wii, none of the games. The Wii was in terrible shape, and when we contact them it’s crickets or they say they reshoot it to a “wrong address” and it happens all over again. We were screwed over, don’t let it happen to you. They are a drop seller and just pocket your money. They can care less about any condition of items you buy or if you even get them. My finance was so happy to get my a Wii as I never had one and she did, now she’s sad and feels bad we got scammed when she just wanted to get my a gift. Where is our stuff RetroVGames, we paid for it

Scammers
Ordered a Game Cube and games for a gift. After submitting, I did a few searches to see where it might be shipped from. Found the terrible reviews and immediately cancelled and disputed the charge.
Company ignored my request to cancel and did not provide any response. They shipped out a Japanese game cube without a digital output, valued at 1/3rd the price they charged.
I will continue with my credit card company to recover. Complete scammers, avoid them.
Besides their terrible rating here check them out at BBB where they have a stunning "F" rating.

I didn't receive a tracking number so I was worried but it came a week after I put the order in. Wasn't the correct color. I wanted a black ds lite an recieved a white one. But hey beggers can't be choosers.
