I tried to find reviews of this company and couldn't before purchasing.

My experience is exactly the same as the other two reviewers, but I have been offered a better outcome.

The item took over two weeks to come. It arrived in a tiny open bag. As soon as I saw it in the couriers hand I knew something was wrong immediately. It was way too small for a faux fur coat.

The quality was appalling, the material super thin, there was no lining in the coat, which I've never seen on a finished garment. The XL was not remotely an extra large and it actually looked like a teen size. It is literally the worst item of clothing I have ever bought online and I'm mean that genuinely.

I wrote to the company, they apologised and asked me for photographic proof, which I gave and are reviewing the case.

They emailed me again notifying me that they have issued me a full refund and when it comes into my bank account, I'll alter this review rating. UPDATE: I have received a full refund.

The rating is for the product and it's horrendous quality, it's insane mark up due to me seeing the identical coat for £24-£25 on SHEIN when I paid £72.95!!!
I wouldn't buy anything from them again and don't recommend doing so

Do not buy from Revene! The trousers I ordered took ages to arrive and when they did they were far too small and extremely poor quality. Nothing like the picture on the website. When I requested to return they gave lots of reason why I shouldn't and to take a partial refund instead. I was also expected to cover the cost of shipping back to China! Never shopping here again.

I ordered a pair of loafers from Revene - the items that turned up bore no resemblence to those on the website. Terrible stitching, wrong colour, really skimpy sole/heel unit. More importantly, despite being advertised as real suede, they were poor quality imitation. They arrive wrapped in a plastic bag after about three weeks. Basically drop-shipped and terrible quality. After complainng and asking for a return label they've given me an 80% refund. Don't bother.
