The best review card company around

Great to deal with and will be returning soon. Highly recommended don’t go anywer else

Card works perfectly
Card works perfectly, when I ordered it I sent link but google had messed my access up and link wasn’t working, so before sending the card out, ( Review Cards ) reached out to make sure if I knew link wasn’t working, I explained that I was waiting for new link and would update them when I had it, I finally got the new link and the card was with me the next day.

Really good piece of kit. Looks great on our reception table.
Really pricey though and unfortunately they took ages to arrive.

Regarding pricing, we always aim to remain very competitive across the UK. As this was a custom tag featuring your own logo, it follows a different production process compared to standard items, which does affect both cost and lead time.
In terms of delivery, having checked your order was placed on the 19th after our Christmas cut-off time. While the item was still produced promptly, Royal Mail had closed for the Christmas period, meaning it was dispatched as soon as services reopened. This unfortunately resulted in a longer wait than usual, and we really appreciate your understanding.

Fantastic way to gather customer reviews
Fantastic way to prompt reviews from customers without having to guide them to Google or Trustpilot - the review cards make it super quick and easy from the tap of a phone!
Customer service was excellent and Zak went above and beyond to ensure our order was processed and delivered timely. We couldn't have asked for a better, more seamless experience than the one we received.

My delivery says they tried to deliver…
I have changed my review here as after the email I received to say my parcel was refused and that it was being returned to sender which is was never delivered the next day it was then delivered to me, all very confusing but I am happy with the product.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about the delivery issue and completely understand how frustrating this experience must have been.
As a company, we already cover the cost of free next-day tracked delivery on all orders, which is a significant expense for us. When a parcel is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt or an incorrect shipping address, the courier also charges us a return-to-sender fee, which we absorb as well.
The delivery attempt and return was handled by the courier, and unfortunately we don’t have control over their internal processes or the quality of the delivery photos they provide. That said, we have contacted the courier directly and formally reported this complaint to them.
As outlined in our delivery policy on our website, a redelivery fee will apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or a failed delivery attempt. This policy exists due to the very high costs we already incur in supplying and shipping this product.
That said, we always aim to be fair and supportive of our customers. After speaking with you directly, we offered to cover the redelivery cost as a gesture of goodwill so we could resolve the matter and ensure you still receive your order. It was never our intention to cause frustration or make you feel misled in any way.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope we have the opportunity to turn this experience around for you.

Great company and fantastic product! We ordered the 3x plaques with Google, TikTok and Instagram branding for our business, Kings Gym, which operates across Tower Bridge, Mitcham, Croydon, Brighton and Crawley.
We made our enquiry and purchase via WhatsApp, and the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Communication was clear, the information provided was spot on, and shipping was fast once the order was placed.
