website easy to use, simple straight forward instructions. delivered on time and the cards are perfect and sturdy. had a very slight issue where the qr code where it wouldn't load, a quick contact and this was sorted within minutes! perfect 10/10 :)

Long wait.

There were several problems, the 1 working day delivery became the 1 week. According to the information, the post office did a bad job. Unfortunately, I cannot accurately assess this. But on Wednesday it was indicated by now that they received the package and Next day at 1 pm. Delivery. And so it was. Thank you all.

Thank you for your review. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We take great pride in our service, products, and delivery times, but occasionally delays can occur with Royal Mail that are beyond our control.
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with a last order cut-off at 11am on Friday. Orders placed after this time are dispatched on Monday morning. These delivery terms are stated on our website.
We strive to provide a one-business-day delivery service through Royal Mail, but during busy periods or unforeseen delays, this can be affected. Please know we are actively addressing these issues with Royal Mail.
