Still missing 3 out of 5 cars I ordered. Don't believe they've even been sent out although initially was told they're likely to be with customs and excise. You'd think they all were packaged together. No reply anymore from the shop, I had my heart set on lots of their toys. Do not order from this company as they'll take your money and not send you goods

This was the WORST online shopping experience of my life! This was the ONLY thing my grandson asked for at breakfast with Santa in which I immediately ordered on 12/11/19 I have yet to receive the garbage!

Received the transformer car seven weeks following order made. The item was poorly packaged, damaged with a large crack on the roof of the car. This was a christmas present for a excited 4 yr old.Endless communications via email with positive responses to send another replacement but nothing happened. The latest response( after another query of when to expect the car and we were advised in early jan that we had to wait another two weeks due to the item being sent from China. We accepted this but However now 2 months later and a total of five months since we made our initial order we are still waiting. Do you think this is acceptable? Will never order from Revvlo again

Complete scam. They changed their name and business to Capellea.com and are scamming all over facebook. Do not buy and stay far away from them.

If i could add ZERO stars i would. Absolutely shocking SCAM!! The cars are market standard and thats being generous - Late to arrive - bad customer care during - and after care - i can return the items at MY COST - £12 - to cover insurance........Then how do i know they will refund me anyway!
Paypal are on their side because the item received is of 'SIMILAR MATERIAL' to what as advertised. Totally shocking - to advertise on a platform like FACEBOOK where 1000s of people would see and purchase..... Absolutely furious and my 2 grandsons really disappointed! I am looking into what i shall do next as im not leaving it at this!!!!

I also unfortunately purchased 5 of these never turned up and when they did in the new year past Xmas as this is what they were purchased for Only 3 arrived and faulty or used condition . Companies reply was usual rubbish you’d expect from a scamming company was for me to send them to USA even though order was originally China at a cost of postage to me . Reply to PayPal there reply was to report it to police and send a copy of report to them as if you can do that . Now reported to barclaycard

Really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my cars. Disappointed is an understatement, I got the cars I ordered for Christmas Jan the 23rd and when I messaged to say that one of the cars does not work properly I was told they would send me a video. One of the boxes looks like it was dropped kicked down the stairs. These cars are inferior pieces of plastic that will not last and I regret ordering them. Lesson learned, I will be buying my grandsons something else now to replace these pieces of garbage.

Another who has been scammed into purchasing trash from this company.

Made a claim through paypal who now say i need to send the toy from Australia to the USA by registered post to get any money back. This would cost more than the original purchase.

Its a scam of a company beware. Will also be making sure everyone i know doesnot deal with this sham of a company

Should have known better than to make an online purchase through a Company operating in China. I will make it my personal mission to make sure no one will ever buy through this "Company". Good job on the advertising though. What a special monster it takes to suck hard-working American families into buying this during the Holiday's.

I am having the exact experience as others wrote. I was thrilled to have these 3 transformers on their way for Christmas. Of course, they were late as everyone has mentioned. I ordered one blue, yellow and red. I received one blue and two orange. The two orange are on the same frequency and cannot be played with at the same time. The blue controller does not work. I sent "Claire" a letter and she had me send photos, videos along with the boxes. She said she will replace the controller and let me know when it would be sent. Haven't heard anything. Plus, I ordered the steam breathing dragons too. Very cool and they are already broken. I am out $140.

I ordered the remote control excavator on November 22nd and it did not arrive until December 31st. When it arrived the box was crushed on one side and needless to say the toy does not work.
I have emailed continually and have not gotten a satisfactory response on how to return for a refund.

One controller was broken when i opened the box. Both boys can't play with them at the same time because they are on the same frequency. I was supposed to have them no later then January 6th and just got them on the 18th.

Should be ZERO stars. I got my 2 transformers 3 MONTHS later. After emailing them every day it was late. Claire’s probably a robot as she just responds sorry it’s late but I assure u it’s coming. What a joke. When I got my cars the one is packaged in the box it should be and the only one was shoved in a cardboard box labeled DEFORMED CAR. ARE TOU KIDDING ME?! after putting batteries in I was not surprised to find the thing doesn’t work. Gets stuck when opening and then literally just spins in circles on its own. Doesn’t do anything else. Feels like something u could buy at the dollar store and it’s missing screws. I wish I could post pics on here. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Do not buy anything from this company / ordered the transformer car on 25th November as a Christmas present for my grandson- it arrived in January I told them I wanted to return it as it was too late and as already stated in other reviews I had to pay postage which I didn’t think was fair as they were at fault - Eventually I got the shipping fee back which was £3.75 - also the car does not respond to ur hands as advertised - steer clear of this company what a con!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I never received the transformer car. I ordered this three weeks prior to Christmas and it is now January 16. I wrote the company asking for a full refund and they said they would only refund the shipping. I don’t even have clear tracking information from them. Complete crooks. This business is a joke.

Car came a month later broken. Doesn't do anything like advertised. This is the biggest scam I've ever seen. You pay $30 for a broken toy then you have to pay $13-15 dollars to ship it back. What a coincidence they have it being shipped back to such an expensive zip code. They know people don't want to pay that much for shipping so it's a big fraud win for them. Currently in out $43 for a dollar store broken toy. Im working with my bank now to dispute it. They have you send it back to Comfy Gears which is a different company according to online doesn't even exist. Stay Away!!

Same story for me I tried to cancel order for transformer car mid December when I received delivery date but was advised by Claire J it could not be cancelled but could be returned when received. Eventually item arrived in January very battered and bruised and half the size I expected ( very misleading advert) I contacted Clair and was advised I could return it to 11923 NE Sumner St

But she cannot provides a prepaid return label so cost of postage means it’s not worth sending back to say I and my grandson are disappointed is an understatement.WILL NEVER USE REVVLO AGAIN

Sadly, I join the throngs of dissatisfied customers....I ordered 2 transformer cars (in different colors) for grandsons....the order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas.....but, it finally did arrive....yesterday...January 12....box was smashed, as were both RED cars......I had tracked my order for weeks, and it showed, “in transit”....from CHINA....which their online ad did not convey......no responses to emails....and no phone number to call....SCAM!!! I am out the money.....but learned a lesson.....too bad we couldn’t read these reviews beforehand......SO disappointed!!!
