This information is clearly stated on our website: reservations are subject to confirmation from the restaurant. We do not claim to be the restaurant itself, and our goal is to simplify your life by offering a personalized service.

Our service begins with a 3-day trial period for €0.01, followed by a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time!

The subscription details are clearly stated on our website several times, including a checkbox to confirm your consent. Furthermore, to avoid any confusion, we send SMS messages and emails upon registration to remind you of our terms and conditions and explain the service.

For any issues with your subscription or cancellation, please contact us. We are here to resolve any confusion without hesitation.
