RFC Surveying Ltd Avis

The experience and communication with RFC Surveying were generally great. I liked that they have a dedicated platform where I could track everything. I don't remember having a dedicated section where I could add comments/concerns about the house, like other surveyors normally have. I received the report the following working day, which was way faster than expected. Tiny inconvenience, but regarding the final survey report PDF file, it was a shame that I couldn't search for a word/expression, and the photos could have been embedded links to see the original in full size. Otherwise, no issues. Thank you.

As a novice purchasing my first property in the UK, I was fortunate enough to have the services of RFC Surveying Ltd recommended to me by a friend. My friend also praised the use of a drone to survey the roof and any other inaccessible areas, I’m so pleased that RFC were able to provide this as I am buying a top floor flat. They have been professional, reliable and produced a clear and comprehensive report. Their post report support is exemplary. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Amazing experience all round with this company. Their admin team were very efficient and helpful. Antony the surveyor was extremely informative. He called me and spent a good half an hour after the survey was complete running through everything, asking me questions about my plans for the property, and giving reassuring advice. There was a drone put up on the roof, thorough report notes completed along with photos that I could not get myself. Really impressed with the level of detail and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for their value and friendly, thorough service. Thank you for making my first house purchase a lot easier than I thought.

We used RFC twice for property surveys.
On both occasions we found the service professional, friendly and very very ready to deal with. Great communication and detailed reports, which included drone technology. First class company.

Smooth process from beginning to end.
The whole team were very friendly and professional.
Great communication once the survey was completed, Anthony spent time detailing everything over the phone before the report was sent out and the report was very detailed.
Would highly recommend.

I commissioned RFC for a Level 2 survey of a two bedroom apartment and was extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the survey and the speedy turnaround. I would definitely use their services again should I be looking to buy another property.

Anthony was great - surveyed our prospective house and offered a great service throughout - the report was very detailed. He called me once it was done and told me when I’d get my report. I got lots photos and now feel confident now about the house I’m buying and would happily spend the money again. Thanks Anthony

Antony at RFC Surveying was recommended to us by Jackson Bailey. We received a very quick response to our enquiry and a date was booked within days. Antony completed a Level 2 Survey, updated us over the phone and we received a very thorough report a few days later. I also went back with a few queries a couple of weeks later and Antony was more than happy to clarify a few things. All in all an excellent service and would highly recommend!!

Excellent service & clear communication
Highly recommend

Very good service provided, i ahve used their services twice, great communication and advice, friendly very professional. Reports thorough, detailed and well formatted, i would 100% use their services again.

Amazing service! As soon as I called RFC I could tell they were the right ones to go with.

Me and my partner are purchasing an old victorian house. Before the inspection, we were concerned about what issues could come up and if we would be able to fully understand everything.

RFC handled everything extremly professionaly, and are extremly willing to walk you through everything. Even on a bank holiday!

I particularly enjoyed the fact they call you straight after inspection and give you a rundown. As well as answering any follow up questions once the report is through.

As a result we feel extremly confident in our purchase! We feel we know everything about the property.

RFC Surveying have been a fantastic company to deal with. Clear communication from inquiry through to survey feedback and report. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The pricing for a Level 2 survey was very competitive and the report is clear and easy to read. It provides great insight into the property I am buying and has made me feel more confident in understanding what needs to be done before and after legally committing to the property.

I have already recommended RFC to a friend that is looking for a surveyor and would definitely use them again in the future.

Thank you for such a professional, honest, friendly and concise service!

Really great company! From start to finish it was a stress free process. Booking was quick and straightforward. Phone call after the survey was done was informative. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Fantastic service! Quick and simple. Felt very personal with phone calls to go through the survey once completed. Would recommend.

Antony provided a full and comprehensive L2 survey, which was crucial in understanding the property's condition and potential remediation costs.

He even managed to keep the drone up during some quite challenging conditions.

I'm hoping for a customer loyalty discount on the next occasion. ;-)

Was put in touch with Anthony at RFC Surveying by Fox and Sons. Survey with feedback done promptly, with a telephone call to explain the results as well as rhe report emailed too. Even put us in touch with a specialist that they could recomnend for works that need carrying out.

Antony did an excellent job. The survey was very detailed and thorough. Many thanks for your great work!

Antony was very helpful and honest. I had plenty of questions as this is my first property and his communication was quick and clear. The report is very detailed. Would definitely recommend.
