RFC Surveying Ltd Avis

Very informative and reassuring. Picked up on a lot of detail on our house survey and a follow up telephone call on the day. Received an in depth and precise report that helped us make a few decisions. A very thorough survey .

The experience from start to finish was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Straight away Ant helped me understand the differences between a level 2 and 3 survey and which would be most appropriate for the property whereas my experience with others seemed to attempt to push me to a level 3 regardless.

His professional service was extremely well priced and before I'd even agreed to use him he was looking up the property and providing me insight and information on what exists in terms of planning etc.

Once the survey had been completed we got a call the same day and he ran me through what he reviewed. The best part about Ant's service was the report. My wife and I are familiar with technical documents and this was very easy to read with all the information clearly laid out. Further more was happy to answer questions on the parts we wanted a quick debrief on.

Great service.

Antony is a very pleasant person. He made us feel he was the most competent person we had spoken to, this is why we made the decision for him to carry out our survey. He was very thorough and he went into great depth whilst carrying out our survey, all the information he provided was very helpful. Will always recommend him, to any person requiring this service.

Antony was great to deal with. He sent out an example report with his competitive costings straight away. His work was detailed and accurate but the best bit was the very simple explanations in the phone call after the survey. COULD NOT RECCOMEND MORE!!!

Antony was great. Fitted us in quickly, phoned after the survey was done just to let us know of any issues found and received the report a few days later.
Great service. Highly recommended

Great communication and feedback. The report is detailed and good value for money

Very thorough and informative report with useful supporting photographs. Was helpful to receive telephone update immediately following the survey to put mind at rest about matters of concern.

Top company 👍

Very helpful, and informative. Helping to make the purchase go through more smoothly

Really kind man and very helpful really recommend

Very detailed survey with lots of information and pictures kept informed at all times and received the report very quickly.

The surveyor Anthony kept me updated and called me to view his concerns

I recommend Antony. He did a good job, so he did the exact flat inspection, a long description with details about property condition and photos for the description.

Very professional, on time, knowledgeable and gave great support to me at a difficult time. The survey report was clear and precise. All the pictures, information and final conclusions were exactly what I required to judge the real value of the property.
I would highly recommend this company.
Value for money too, more than expected at this very reasonable price.

Antony was very helpful, providing clear instructions, great service and detail. Extremely detailed report was provided, along with a phone call post inspection to provide an overview.
I would highly recommend and thank him for his help.
