Every interaction with them is terrible. They measured my wheelchair wrong, they sent me the wrong items, they got my address wrong...

RGK wheelchair
My son bought a chair, cost over 5,500, had nothing but trouble with it, poorly made, and just kept getting parts sent through post. Now out of warranty nobody even gets back in touch, will never use this company again, over priced, poor workmanship, and rubbish aftercare!!!.
Keep away from this company
Keep away from this company! They have the worst after care you can imagine! It has caused me so much stress, which makes my condition worse. They make you wait from months and months for parts, they are very poor at communication and responding. KEEP AWAY!
Rubbish
I need a new, a different cushion for my wheelchair or I can't use it. Contacted them several times but they can't bother to reply. They used to have an excellent after sales service,now they are rubbish.
Don’t waste your money and time dealing with these people
RGK. Don’t care about customer service for the last 2 1/2 months I’ve been waiting for them to get the right wheels for my Weelchair Saet number one come damaged returned to them sent them back to me in the same condition wheel bearing damaged month and a half later Send me a loan pair of wheels that was incorrect how hard is it to do your job properly? I would never have one of your products ever again
RGK - best in the business
Everytime I have ever dealt with RGK the standard of service has been outstanding. RGK the level of support and commitment to their excellent wheelchairs match exactly the sort of product you receive. Huge thank-you to the sales rep Alan…I would say the best rep I have ever had dealings with. Very professional, super helpful and genuinely wishes to give the service every person deserves. Massive appreciation RGK you have never disappointed me in providing a wheelchair that is fit for purpose and does indeed fit like a glove exactly what any wheelchair user needs
Terrible service
Wheelchair was sent to be repainted and told it would be returned in a week. A month later it came back without the wheels. Meanwhile they aren't answering the phone or emails. Terrible.
GREAT PRODUCTS, AFTER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Bought a bespoke electric wheelchair 6 years ago, product is great, but yet again chasing products and parts ordered , and promises of call backs that don't usually happen.
Over the years the customer service quality has gone down.
currently waiting almost 3 months for a joystick i ordered though promised 60 days, dropped a mail and got a reply saying it could take upto 2 weeks to respond to a mail.
Asked for an update 4 weeks ago and not had a response so called in and spoke to an agent who did promise and call back within 1 hour and actually got one, but still can't give me an eta.
Its a shame really as product great and when you speak with staff on the phone they are very polite and caring, but if you judge a company on the ability and quality of aftercare service RGK needs to improve to make me consider ordering my sons next chair from them.
Don't expect good customer service from RGK
If you want customer service from RGK - don't expect it. I have received very poor service not just in the delivery service, but then when I complained it took 3 telephone calls to receive the right piece of equipment and then when I complained it took three calls - each time being assured I would be called back. And NEVER was.
