Very poor

Very poor, ordered a hoody on Christmas day, heard nothing except an order confirmation. Was emailed on 6th January to say item was so popular that it is now on back order and I could choose another item and refund the difference or pay the extra. I don't want another item so have asked for a refund, no idea if it will come. The item in question is still currently advertised on the site for sale !!!

Don't buy

Don't buy. Rgothic is refusing to provide me with details to ship non-fitting items back to them despite their FAQ stating explicitly that they accept returns, refusing to refund the items because "I still have them", then threatened me after I launched a PayPal claim.

I will never shop here again

I will never shop here again, beware they are scammers. I ordered from here I read the sketchy reviews but still decided to give them a chance. I placed my order and when I received the notification that my package had shipped out, I waited a few days before attempting to check it and when i did i could not find the site to track it on as it is some foreign site. I reached out to them to try and see where my package was and how long shipping takes and i did get a response. However, after determining that the item would not be here when i needed it to be and asked about the refund policy they told me they couldn’t tell me until i received the package. what type of company can’t tell you the refund policy before you receive it ? SKETCHY. i continuously asked for the refund people and got the same answer everytime. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE, i wish i would’ve followed my first mind. and on top of that i found the same shirt on amazon for cheaper and got it in 3 days.

I experienced what many others reported. I ordered a dress for a specific event with expedited shipping. I received the notice days later that it was out of stock and back ordered. They offered another item which I have no interest in. I requested a refund. We will see. DO NOT USE!

Buyer beware I ordered a dress and a swimsuit cover up and after 4 days it still hadn’t showed any shipping update. I reached out to customer service and they told me that these items were no longer available but I could just continue to wait or pick something else out and those were my only two choices. I demanded a refund immediately since I was sold items that were not available and it took me following up with them to even get that information

Rip off small brands

Zero stars isn't possible but that's all that is deserved.
Stealing original designs from small businesses and passing them off as their own work.
Literally lifting the design exactly as designed, including brand specific details in the process.

If you support businesses ripping off small independent brands then this is for you.

They have stolen a design from a small independent ETHICAL company which then of course raises the question how many of the other supposed 'original' designs have been stolen from other independent hard working companies???

Con artists and intellectual property thieves.

This company professes to be 100% original designs, they steal designs from independent designers, not just in part, but completely lifted. They have been served a cease and desist notice today,They are thieves who hide their theft behind links. Their products are cheap and shoddy. They just shut down and start up again when the heat gets too much.Do not buy from these con artists.
