Fantastic set up, very helpful when l changed my sim in my phone and could not access my container, a quick phone call and my new mobile number was set up and l was in my lock up within the hour.

24/7 access was simple, ring a number and the gates open at any time of day or night. Plenty of room to drive reasonably close to the storage units which were clean and well cared for. The whole four months I used the site was stress-free and easy.

Great company to deal with, right from the start. No bundling of storage and insurance, 24 hour access, and customer service was great when a technical issue meant I couldn't get in (including answering the phone very early on a Sunday morning).

Nice people too. when I was moving out, they let me use an empty container for a few hours to keep things out of the rain while I was shuttling back and forth.

I used Rhino Storage to help with a house move - first a large unit between houses, then a smaller unit for a phased move it. It’s a great facility, with 24 hour access and it is incredibly safe and secure. The communication has been excellent, the paperwork efficient, giving peace of mind that Rhino is a professional organisation that has its customer needs front of mind. I would definitely use again if I ever needed a storage solution.

Excellent clean secure site and units, but the best is the personal service from the owner Jonathan - he responds promptly, sorts all queries and simply does his best at all times, finding you the best unit for your specific requirements. So does his son Jasper. These guys are passionate about their business and the service they provide.

Really helpful staff, helped me work out the size of the storage unit I needed. Quick support on site when needed. Recommend using this company, if needed again will definitely use.

These storage units are top-notch—super clean and always dry. Having 24-hour access is incredibly convenient. I used a container while transitioning between homes, and everything I stored stayed in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this place. The pricing is very reasonable too.

I used the Southwick site and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Renting the unit was really easy, the system was smooth, and I had great communication from the start—especially from Jonathan, who was brilliant throughout.

No issues at all with the unit or gaining access. It was super handy while moving between houses and made the whole process much less stressful. Everything stayed secure and watertight, though after six months in storage, a couple of items did smell slightly damp. That was on me—I should’ve used tarpaulin or sealed bags.

Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Great service, great team, and a really practical solution when you need it most.
