Avoid! They can’t master the basics .
On the 13/04/26 I did a online quote for trade insurance . Unfortunately a quote couldn’t be generated . A message appeared on the screen telling me to phone a number this I did. I was informed the person I needed to speak was busy could I phone back in 10 minutes. I phoned back later to be informed no one was available to speak to me .
I didn’t receive any communication back.
Oh wait they never took any of my details on either of the phone calls .
If they can’t master basic business practices they might go from a Rhino to a dinosaur. Dinosaurs are extinct now !

Good UK based company with great staff
Liam is very polite and friendly. Always does his best to find the best price. With comparison websites available, it is testimony to Liam that this is my 3rd year with Rhino. They are not the cheapest but they are competitive, and more importantly, a human from the UK answers the phone when I call.
