Following a review of your policy, we contacted you to discuss your concerns regarding the renewal price. During our conversation, we explained that whilst the insurance premium itself had not increased, the administration fee had changed from £10 to £25, which resulted in the higher renewal cost.

Seamless renewal process
This is the second year that they take care of me. The renewal process was seemless and the premium went down this year round that was a welcome surprise
