I ordered three pairs of pants, two with 30L and one 29L. I was charged extra $10 for tayloring to 29L, as described ont he website. It was also marked as the "Final Sale" - meaning, I cannot return or exchange it. When I received the purchase shipment, I tried ny 29L pants on and... no alterations had been done! I compared the length to two other pairs with 30L - they were identical, confirming that there was no alteration done to 29L.
I contacted the "CHAT" customer service the next day and a very nice AI system politely requested me to make the measurements and send the photos to the company... no apoliogies, no corrective actions, nothing. I guess this is a "New Generation" of companies where no one cares about the customer satisfaction but, rather, about making more, more, more $$$. It is very said... how the sales profession and the industry have deteriorated.

Clothing is ok, but if you need to return or deal with customer service you are better off ordering anywhere else. They are not helpful and contradictory

Both my husband and I love their clothing! It's high quality, comfortable, and the customer service is responsive and friendly.

I've recommended Rhone to many of my friends and they have switched over from Vuori and Lululemon.

Ordered the 7/8 leggings and a few other things. Wore the leggings and found them itchy and unbreathable. Turns out they are made from recycled polyester. I returned 3 items. But I wore the leggings so they will go directly into a donation bin. I've bought the same leggings at Costco for $10. They are also selling these Rhône leggings at nordstroms rack for $34. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy for $108! They removed my review on their website. This is not a luxury brand. I will never fall for them again.

Got their commuter blazer based on reviews. It was awful. Just nothing positive to write about it. Gave it a fair review, and they removed it. Emailed me after and offered 10% off my next purchase. Worthless discount because I get 20% off from ID.me. regardless, super shady that they delete 1 star reviews to inflate their ratings.

Rhone is a premium brand that offers quality clothing. As a long-time supporter of the brand, Rhone's Commuter Pants have been a staple in my wardrobe. The material and fabric offers comfort throughout the day, and the pants are easy to take care of. Rhone also goes out of the way with excellent customer service and support!

Doesn’t even deserve one star!!! Said it was delivered which is was not! Won’t supply tracking and won’t give a refund or replacement?? Then blocked my email when I stated I wasn’t going to let them get away with it!!! UTTER SCAM

Love this brand. It is really their fabric that makes them stand out. I used to shop Lulu but they have gone down hill recently and they never have consistency with their product. Huge fan!!

Ordered the new women’s stuff and was blown away by the quality, fit and fabrics. Shipping was so fast! I ordered my stuff on a Thursday with free shipping and it was at my house on Friday! Some of the stuff didn’t work out but returns were easy and free and I got refunded as soon as the stuff was scanned at UPS. They make it so easy to shop online. As always Rhône has quick shipping and item exactly as described. Ive tried polos from vineyard vine lululemon footjoy Nike NOTHING compares to Rhône’s. Also you have to try the briefs you’ll never get briefs from anywhere else.

Pretty much exclusively workout and train in Rhone at this point. Well designed, durable and breathable for my longer runs and in the gym. Quality is top notch. Ordering and shipping was easy and on time as always.
