It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating, absolute scam. I ordered mine which never turned up only to then be told it was delivered (which it wasn’t as the day in question I had a full house hold).
I am now going to try get my money back.

Awful! Avoid this scamming site at all costs. They have got well known MUAs advertising it - yet you never receive your order and they tell you otherwise. Apparently they say Royal Mail tracking numbers are Private and cannot share - rubbish. No reply since no offer of a refund or replacement. Try and get your money back if you have gone through your bank.

This company is absolutely disgusting!! They claim that they cant provide a correct tracking number (you have to track the order in their website via your order number and email address). They claim it’s because the details could get in the hands of criminals!! They claimed my item was delivered when 1. This is not actually confirmed as they will not provide evidence and 2. As they claimed it’s been delivered they will NOT refund you or send a replacement out! They actually mocked me by saying the neighbours could’ve stolen it and they wouldn’t be surprised because their item is so popular!! How disgusting and condescending!!!!

For all victims that paid via their banks or PayPal.. please get these claimed back and report them to Trading Standard UK. They need closing down permanently!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Most definitely a scam, fake tracking, fake reviews, fake product. I ordered goods did not arrive. They say it's been delivered and gave me tracking link to a fake tracking, after several emails they said they use FedEx but couldn't provide me with the tracking number for security reasons! I called FedEx they have no record of a parcel for me at all. Got back in touch with rhone they said its a tracking system even FedEx don't know about 🤣🤥
Now they're upset with me because I've claimed a callback of payment through the bank! Telling me I won't get my money back and if I cancel the payment recall they 'promise' to refund me.

I have reported the company to Trading Standards and the police through Action fraud website. Hopefully the more of us that does this the greater the chances of the website being taken down.

Ordered foundation and no contact received in relation to delivery.
Checked online a week later and said it was delivered!
I emailed to explain I hadn’t received the goods and after a few emails was basically called a liar as the package had been delivered and the track and trace was never wrong - due to package being of lower value £22 they don’t take photos or get a signature on delivery. Basically refused to send a replacement or a refund! Now won’t reply to emails so been ripped off completely!
I have better things to do with my time than email company’s claiming not to of received goods and am fuming that this was even implied!
So moral of my story is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW do not recommend and am gutted that I can’t give them 0 stars!

I was tea looking forward to trying this out, I ordered and paid and delivery was due 8-11 April, those days came and went so I checked the track n trace which said it had been delivered, I was home and nobody knocked with a delivery, checked the CCTV around my house, nobody had delivered to “a safe place” no card put through my door to say I missed a delivery or it had been left with a neighbour, so I checked with my neighbours to no avail and them contacted Rhoné to explain all of this and asked for them to check with whoever they use as a courier and to ask for a replacement or refund.

They are refusing a replacement or refund because they said “customer’s lie to get another freebie or a refund when they have actually received the package”. WOW 😮

They also can’t provide any proof that it was delivered to me, but I can prove it wasn’t, so this review will go everywhere to warn others about this experience and I have left the refund with the fraud team at my bank to deal with.

Rhoné don’t bother responding, you’re an absolute disgrace of a company, some people may say scam artists. And I have all the emails to back up my review which I will also post online.

Ordered an item. The wrong item was sent to me. They would not correct their mistake because it was beyond 30 days even though it was their error. But, they did offer a $25 credit on the next order.
There will not be a next order.

I placed an order one month ago and they charged my card but never sent an email confirmation and no product was received. They basically stole money. The site is a scam. I am shocked that some of the reviews say they received the items they ordered. This was not the case for me.
I tried to get a refund but no one has replied.

Absolutely terrible quality. After a single light wear my quarter zip had numerous pulled threads and was unwearable.

This Lululemon knock-off company makes products that LOOK good, but are inferior in fabric quality and construction.

Bought 2 pair of jogging pants Style # 101103 in July 2023.

On 1/26/2024, the elastic in the waistband on one pair gave out - no cling on this own - must use drawstring.

In the 6 months I've owned them, I've washed them 6-10 times in a front load machine, cold water cycle, HSE liquid detergent, no bleach, air dry. My weight and waistline have not changed in that time.

In contrast, I have Lululemon ABC Joggers for 9 years, same washing routine - elastic still fully intact.

Customer service would do nothing - gave me a canned response saying it's a "wear and tear" issue.

Finally due to the dogged efforts of Laura, after she was turned down 2 more times from her management, I did receive a refund. However - the time and effort from myself and Laura left a permanent bad taste.

The customer service at the Oak Brook, IL store is horrible. Do NOT shop there!
Sales associates are rude and unhelpful.

Return policy is terrible too. They don’t include return policy on paper or emailed receipt. Went into store to return a pair of pants for store credit - tags on, never worn with original receipt. Manager was very rude.
Shop at Lululemon. Stay away from Rhone. No one in the store.

Terrible customer service and exchange policy. Inferior to Vuori, Lululemon, and Alo. They just lost me as a customer after refusing to ‘exchange’ a pair of shorts that were folding on the waist and too uncomfortable to wear.

Excellent quality athleisure brand. After wearing a few Rhone workout shirts, button-downs, polos, pants, and workout shorts, there is something to be said about paying more for quality. Especially when it comes to workout clothes, Rhone does it right. Their fabrics are breathable, stretchy and the design is great. I now only workout in Rhone shirts and only play golf in Rhone polos. The athletic shorts are great for gym sessions, golf, and lounging. Two downsides to Rhone: 1) Price. They may be better priced than a LuLu Lemon, but I still find it hard justifying paying full price ($138!!!) for a button-down shirt. Yes, the quality is great, it will feel like the best button-down you've ever worn, and can comfortably wear said shirt to bed if you wanted, but it's a steep price. I'm always looking for sales. Their rewards program is decent, but discounts only work on full-price items... So buy a lot when they're on sale, save up points, and use the points on a full price item when you feel like it. 2) Sizing. Their S size is bigger than a typical S in my experience, but smaller than a M, so I've had to go back and forth on sizing.
Overall, this is a great brand. I just wish their pricing wasn't so high and their sizing was more consistent. Hopefully they will open a physical store in Denver soon so I can actually try items on before buying!

I purchased shorts a month back using a guest account. Now they SPAM me with text messages offering new deals and there's no way to opt out. Very frustrating. Don't give them your phone or email address.

The best pants on the market (five-pocket commuter). I own 4 pairs (every color...). They always work with me to find the right product if the one I want isn't in my local store.

Big fan of their commuter pants, but after two attempts, I still don’t have the right size. Worse, Rhône’s policies for international orders and hemming (of what most consider standard lengths) don’t accommodate a refund on pants that don’t fit and force me to pay 90% of their regular price plus shipping to get a replacement. In other words, I would have to purchase three, basically full price, pairs of commuter pants and pay shipping for each to get one that fits…

Absolute garbage and the customer service is the same. Bought 12 pairs of underwear @ $29 per. They started wearing out within a month. Won't take returns (makes sense). I supplied the pictures of the damage. They said ok, we won't refund, because your over a month now, but will give you store credit (Friday). I was discouraged, but fine. Come Monday, they said that they want pictures of all the them. By which time I had tossed. So I got screwed. Never again will I ever buy anything from them.

I purchased some running clothing for my hubby and we were both impressed with the quality and softness of the fabric. The quality is good, has been wrinkle resistant, and I haven't seen any signs of piling after a few washes. Will be ordering more in the future!

This is definitely one of my favorite companies to deal with. Their apparel quality is A+, and their customer service is also the best! Returning/exchanging is so easy. When I need to contact someone about an issue, it is flawless and friendly. I used to think their merchandise was expensive, but feel the prices are worth it when I think of the quality and high level of service, which other companies seem to lack these days.
In addition they sent an email regarding Black Lives Matter which I feel addressed the situation honestly and in the best way possible.

Beware bait-and-switch. I wanted to take advantage of their "20% off your first order" offer on a pair of commuter pants.
