Natalie Leon at Richard James was the agent for the house we just purchased. Throughout the process she has been professional, approachable and always available for any queries we have had. She has also been the driving force in pushing the sale forward so that we could exchange in the time slot that was required for both us and the sellers. Natalie was the estate agent for the seller in our chain and was so proactive and attentive in our chainthat I asked where I could post a review for them. The chain we were a part of all fell through but as a result of Natalie's attentiveness, we ended up recommending Richard James to the developers doing part ex on our home as our estate agents had been hopeless and I would recommend anyone selling to use Natalie going forward. Richard James are a very expensive dishonest estate agent. We used them because they were local but it was a big mistake they turned out to be very dishonest and time wasting. They send people to view your home that are not only not in a position to buy but not even on the market! This gains them a new customer! They don,t tell you this until after they offer they advise you to accept the offer as the buyers house is so saleable when it is not! Then the buyers finally sell at a reduced price and they expect you to offset their reduction!
Advised all the way how genuine the buyers were and stick with them then they pull out after 7 months of waiting!
