Going into the sale and purchase process for the first time, we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience with Natalie Leon of Richard James who’s the agent with our onward chain has far exceeded our expectations. She acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is rare to see. Not only is she on top of the purchase process, she’s also taken upon herself to oversee the sale of our property — something that our own agent and solicitors should have been responsible for but fell short. I honestly don’t know how things would have turned out without her as a driving force. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. She was also very honest in discussing all the properties viewed unfortunately I found a house with another estate agents but wanted to leave this review to say you would be in safe hands with Stacey Carter at Richard James.

Would recommend Richard James without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, honest and reassuring. I hadn't moved house for 25 years and previous experiences had been so stressful, I was expecting the same this time but with Richard James it just didn't happen. Natalie is a godsend - nothing is too much trouble and any problems she just seems to deal with them. We hardly did anything, Natalie knows what needs doing and when and just takes the stress out of the whole experience.

I cannot recommend Richard and Natalie of Richard James Estate Agents highly enough! My house in Woodside Park (N12) went under offer within 10 days of it going live, having secured multiple offers that completely exceeded my expectations. Making the decision to sell after being here for more than 20 years was an emotional move for me and their advice and kindness was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to make this experience as seamless as it was - I will be forever grateful to them! If I ever have to move again from wherever I am, I will 100% be coming back to them!

Very poor level of customer service and extremely poor knowledge around processes regarding secure deposits. No understanding of new legislation which protects tenants. They weren't helpful at all when I was renting the property so I moved out, now they are not responding to my emails, when I ask about my deposit.

Natalie was one of the best agents we worked with throughout our one-year house search. She was very communicative and professional, keeping us up to date with the latest progress throughout the chain. Natalie was the agent for the seller of our house and so was not working for us directly. However, from the moment we enquired about the property she was conscious of our needs and kept us informed whenever the situation of the various sellers in the chain changed.
