Purchased these inner tubes from them on Amazon over a competitor only to be sent part of the order.
No tyre levers included as could be seen when purchasing from the photograph. Also sent with no packaging as shown in the picture!
When reporting this to them, they replied that it was for two tubes only??? They very conveniently then changed the picture on the listing (minus tyre levers).
I have the original Amazon purchase acknowledgment showing the additional parts - the orange tyre levers.
I’d have bought from elsewhere if these hadn’t been shown as they (Richardsons), were marginally more expensive.
False advertising and deceitful actions when called out on their error. Check out their Amazon feedback, loads of people have reported the same scam.

Still awaiting an issue
Did email on day of arrival and am yet to receive a response as broken bell on bike and bent spoke. Plus was given no idea of delivery from shop luckily I was in when arrived
