I have now been waiting 8 days for my 3k redemption. Support will not give any updates, gives me copy/paste answers and is absolutely no help. Repeatedly told “I’m on it” but clearly no one is, or I’d have some sort of update, or my money. I would not recommend spending your money here. There are lots of other casinos with the same games, and actually pay out your money when they say they will.

Very unprofessional site. I won a large jackpot and had to withdraw in small increments and I currently am on hour 16 waiting on $275 and I still have $800 to redeem! They are only giving me canned and scripted responses and no one cares nor wants to help me. They claim it’s instant redemption but that’s only for small amounts. Do not use this site as there are better ones out there that actually offer instant redemption and want you to get your winnings.

And to update: They issued a response saying to reach out to their customer support and that’s not accurate: I did reach out to their support and the only thing they helped me do was close my account with them. Yes they did finally pay out the $275 but only AFTER I lost everything else on their site. Once my balance was $275 I put in to redeem it I got it in one minute. I have screenshots of days and days of trying to get assistance while they gave me canned and scripted responses. They have a VIP host who also was not helpful and I have screenshots of days and days of begging for my money. I have the proof that they don’t want to pay out and the proof that they are not helpful. Don’t trust them with your money if you value it.

The first two times I redeemed through rich sweeps I had no issues but then I won $2,000 and I cannot get them to redeem it. I was then told anything over 600 has to be processed through the compliance team and to do smaller redemptions for it to be instant so I tried smaller ones all the way down to 150 and still cannot get any of the money I have won.

Richsweeps is one of the best platforms I have played on, and that says a lot because I play with about ten different social casinos each day!
