Everytime I try to give this game a 4 star or above I go through the same problem trying to redeem winnings. They claim they want to prevent fraud if that’s true why is it so easy to take my money!! Stop advertising instant pay out when that clearly not true

Great customer service and fast redemption!

I have been a very loyal customer to Rich Sweeps and patronize them for a while but every time I try to redeem my payout it never is in a timely manner. I won 1000.00 and it's been 24 hours and no updates and no payout. I've been constantly asked to be patient and I have asked constantly to speak with a supervisor and nothing. Please beware they will take your money but when it come time to payout nothing! I'm going on two days without my redemption payout. I've asked several times for a supervisor and nothing. I will be submitting my purchase history with Rich Sweeps and how I have been a loyal customer to them. I will also be posting my correspondence and messages so you will see how I have been nothing but patient and understanding and they have gaslighted me and told untruths. Don't play with these people. They will scam you and then make you look like the bad person.

RICH SWEEPS is the best online casino and I play on several. The redemption is lightning fast. My money was on my card in about a minute! Some casino redemption times are days and sometimes over a week. And I really like the games!

Ive truly enjoyed playing richsweeps a variety of games and if you are having issues a 24/7 chat support team and a great redemption process.

My account was permanently closed for "suspicious activity" due to a new credit card being declined. I had sent them numerous photos, showing proof of ownership including selfies holding the card. I have never had this happen on any SC site - I've played on so many from Chumba, Stake, Legendz, etc. I've been a VIP member on sites, making over $100,000 in purchases in a year. This was a very shortsighted, and bad decision from whoever decided to "close my account due to suspicious activity".

It seems they are selective in wanting to "pay out", and come up with excuses to deactivate an account.

I strongly do not recommend Richsweeps. I used their sister site SpeedSweeps, but can no longer recommend any of their platforms. The only "suspicious activity" is the selective discernment, and predatory action to close accounts to deny paying out winnings when customers come out "ahead".

Terrible experience. I emailed customer support, but this shortsighted decision has lost them a customer.

I do not recommend Richsweeps!!! They also incentivize reviews, be weary of the 5 star reviews - they provide users with free SC if they send screenshots of positive Trustpilot reviews. Therefore, the overall rating on this site is very skewed and misleading.

1. I was actively talking to customer service staff from your site via the website chat, and instructed by your staff to call my bank to investigate why the charges were declining. Since I tried using new credit cards, my bank was declining the transactions. After calling, it was resolved and the payment went through.
2. I provided all requested photos, as directed by your staff. The card numbers were visible, as well as photos with me sending a selfie to verify proof of ownership. Again, directed by your "staff".

There was nothing at all suspicious, certainly warranting a permanent ban. This was hard handed, and the only suspicious activity or behavior was the poor judgement from your team to permanently ban me for having a credit card automatically decline. Yes, say it out loud. Your team permanently banned me for simply having transactions decline as a *convenient* way to not have to pay out valid willings.

Please, do not try to use language saying this is to ensure "safety" or "security" when your staff member blatantly used vague clauses in the Terms and Conditions to justify banning me. This had nothing to do with security, and everything to do with your team not wanting to pay out valid winnings...hence why it was easier to permanently ban me.

I don't know why you are directing me to contact customer support - perhaps "optics" on Trustpilot to try to make it seem like you all are willing to resolve the matter. I've already reached out, and the staff member said the decision was permanently and it was too late to reverse it since the refunds for my original purchases were issued. Again, a iron handed, shady, and poor decision made by your team.

This has by far been the WORST experience I have ever had with an online casino! I won $2400 over a month ago, and I am STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO PAY IT OUT! For a casino that has “instant” withdrawals, this is beyond ridiculous!! I have dealt with so much bull shit of them kicking back my redemptions and giving me the run around! Redemption through debit card number without providng an account and routing number? I really don't even want to explain in detail but all I will say is this company is not paying out and support is extremely unhelpful.

Update: all they say is check with your bank. Try another card. It’s your banks fault not ours. Just stay away from this scammy, fraudulent, horrible, “company”
