I have since closed my account . Have reported you all to the Texas Attorney General ,FTC, and BBB. I'll advise you all to make this right!!!

I deposited $600 on Richsweeps on 3/26 and won approximately $5,000. The site advertises “instant redemptions,” but my withdrawal was delayed.
Max withdrawal was $3000.00..set multiple messages to chat..vip Peter, and support..just the same message...which was bullshit..
After multiple attempts I contacted support again, and I was instructed to cancel my withdrawal and submit smaller redemption requests because they said smaller amounts process more easily.

I followed their instructions. On April 3rd after canceling, I was unable to submit any new withdrawals. The system showed a “Daily Redemption Limit of 0,” preventing me from accessing my funds.

My account shows multiple failed redemption attempts, and my support tickets have gone unresolved.

I have screenshots of:

- Support instructing me to cancel my withdrawal
- System errors blocking withdrawals
- Repeated failed redemption attempts
- Advertising claims of “instant redemptions”

- I will be reporting this matter to the BBB and more.

I have now closed my account.

Based on my experience, I recommend others proceed with caution until this issue is addressed.
