I have never had such a hard and bad time trying to get my winnings from any social casino like this before. requested a $400 withdrawal which was advertised as “instant,” but it has now been pending for over [X hours]. I am fully verified and have used the same method before without issue.
Support has only given generic responses and has not provided any real update or timeline. At this point, the delay does not match what is advertised and feels misleading.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies regarding false advertising and failure to process withdrawals as stated.
I will update this review once payment is received.
