There were a few things that went into my 5 star rating today.

The first being the speed / responsiveness of their support staff. WOW - amazing response time and I certainly appreciate it!

The second positive aspect would have been being provided clear and concise instructions on what was needed, why it was needed and how I can provide the information that was being requested.

Sweeping up the Dimes at Dimesweeps casino

I first found this site about a week ago but now out of the 30+ online casinos I frequent this has become one of my favorites.
They have a large selection of slots from over 40 providers as well as 90 different live dealer games, 20 regular table games and even fishing games so there is plenty to do.
As far as welcome bonus they have a very generous 30 SC for 10 bucks that you'd be crazy to pass. Along with different daily promotions they have daily free coins and daily wheel to spin, a VIP program and even an unlucky bonus just in case you didn't happen to win they will give you a bonus if you contact the support team.
Speaking of the support team they have one of the best teams I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Now when I say I'm not just talking about online casinos I mean the entirety of every interaction with customer service I have ever had. They are courteous, helpful and very quick to respond through the on site chat and even through email which is surprising.
I did reach a couple of speed bumps when I went to redeem but that was only because of a couple extra security checks I had to undergo which I completely understand and the KYC was simple as well.
So in the end I had a wonderful experience with Dimesweeps casino and will definitely be visiting a lot in the future. I recommend them 10/10.

Refusing to pay winnings or return my deposit, 3 months and nothing

Just editing to add the "helpful" response is just for show. Theyre still refusing to honor legit wins or return my deposits.

I deposited cash - -and did not use a bonus. I only have one account with them. I won and requested a $500 cashout.
After a lot of back and forth my KYC was approved -- but they won't pay, claiming I have more than one account.
I do not. I also did not use any kind of bonus, this was won from a clean cash deposit.
3 months later, still no redemption and my account is locked. Efforts to reach out are just met with the same response.
THey also refused to return my deposits, even though they also are refusing to pay the legitimate win.

92% RTP should not be allowed. Its def how they maintain their edge as a small site nobody really knows about. yea they pay but good luck hitting fat on 92% RTP anything 92% RTP by hacksaw id stay away from there is plenty of sites with 96% or higher in some cases.

I swear I wish I could give it zero man I've been emailed from trustpilot or commented on whatever it doesn't matter like they tell me to email them and they still will not pay me my money I don't understand what's going on it's been since February 20th I've been going back and forth but then I have countless communications with these people and they just refuse to pay me they paid me some of it but not all of it they have one last Redemption to send me a refused to send it and there's no need for anybody from the platform to comment on here just don't comment just send me my money my Redemption is sitting there pending just send it you don't have to say a word just stop trying to save face because you guys suck

It's not letting me use a promo code that was sent to me and "brooke" the customer service representative is saying she can't fix it and I have to make more regular purchases. Unfortunately this just isn't true, because it just happened to me on your sister site and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Don't send one of your VIP players a promo code if they can't even use it and Brooke was no help at all.

Also, I always have redemption issues with this site. It will pend for 24 hours and then get cancelled. Super annoying. Get it together dime sweeps. Hopefully you can win my trust back. Until we meet again bye
