I've been a loyal player on here for almost a year and I must say I'm quite disappointed. They were great at first until you win big, that's when they support starts to show there true colors. They'll only let you redeem your big win in little increments which is unfair gaming. I shouldn't have to beg them to process my redemptions. There so quick to take every purchase as fast as they can but want to slow play you when it comes time to process a redemption.

Last year I didn’t do so bad. But this year, I’ve spent quite a bit of money and have only redeemed once (in June and that was for $200). Their RTP is pretty bad and I mean REALLY bad. I took a break, came back and my game play is still super crappy.
The selection of games doesn’t matter if the RTP is low and the payouts is just plain horrible.
Play here at your own risk. You’re better off going to Vegas!

If i could give 0 stars I would. This site is a scam. Out of $1200 I received $423. Support is no help. And as of now my redemptions are completely blocked with a balance of $450 on my account that I cant even cash out! I am completely verified and have jumped through hoops for a "wait for compliance team" message. Do not deposit here! They are not instant and they do not pay what you win!
By the way I have reached out to support using the email in the response and they have been absolutely no help.

I have spent thousand of dollars with this casino recently redeeming has become an issue.
