I was with Anajet 15 years ago and have stayed with Ricoh after they bought them. I've always been happy with my printer and the techs that are always there to help me when I need them!!!

Isis is always very helpful, not only does she accommodate me with my machine but she was willing to help me even after I tried to install the ink unit myself. She is kind and patient with me when installing or fixing something. The knowledge she has on this machine is beyond impressive. I have worked with her in the past and I will gladly continue to use her help in the future. Thank you Isis for all you do.

Isis was able to help me quickly and efficiently. She was also very patient with me since I was not prepared with the correct screwdriver, which was completely my fault since I had been provided a list of what was needed for the replacement process. I was able to get up and running within 45 minutes after the start of the video call.

I always order from them but it states same day delivery and you have to pay for your shipping the shipping I pay for is 3 days my delivery with FedEx is always late by the time I get it I want to send back because it’s late they really needs to start selling on Amazon maybe I’ll get it sooner

My husband (disabled Veteran) and I, got 2 loans after watching videos and and talking to a couple people that work there. We decided to take the biggest chances financially in hopes of starting a small business together. We ended up getting a lemon. And now have a 300 ibs paper weight in the garage and a ton of debt. They do not have a return policy or any kind of policy's to help with "lemon" machines. We have never been able to print anything close to what was in the commercials and one point almost knew everyone of the repair team's name. Great team, but everytime we would get it fixed, it would break and take a month or 2 to fix and take $300- $2800 by the time the problem was fixed, for it to breaking again, and again, and again, and again. This was very sad.

Eduardo is a great customer service rep. I've had him a few times and he's one of the reasons I'm still a customer.

I experienced some electrical issues with my Ricoh Ri1000x a few months after the warranty had expired. My initial interaction with Ricoh customer service wasn’t very helpful, and I was close to removing the machine from my equipment lineup altogether.
Before making that decision, I reached out one more time and was connected with Luke Gallyot. From that point on, my experience completely changed. Luke was extremely helpful and genuinely committed to finding a solution to my issue. He went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I felt supported as a customer.
Although I did have to pay a small repair fee, the service was well worth it. While shipping equipment back and forth isn’t ideal, the turnaround time was surprisingly fast. Once Luke and his team received the machine, they immediately got to work repairing it and sent it back in pristine condition.
After I received the printer, Luke and his team walked me through the setup process again and even followed up after the machine was back in production to make sure everything was running smoothly.
That level of customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Luke, for your professionalism and dedication—you’ve definitely earned my continued business.
